By Simon Tongyik Dahel,
March 26, 2015 (Nyamilepedia) — Dinka rogues regime of Salva Kiir has dispatched one of it brutal elder, Bona Malual Arop, to lobby the American government and the Dinka people, who are residing in the United States to support and rally behind Salva Kiir.
Bona Malual, who is believed to be among the masterminds of Juba Genocide, commanded by president Salva Kiir from Dec 15, 2013, was sent to U.S by Salva Kiir to represent a letter from the Dinka Council of Elders and signed by Dictator Salva Kiir to George W. Bush.
As Bona Malwal explained in Dinka Community meeting in Kansas City, Kansas, USA on March 21, 2015, the letter addresses “no sanctions, urging George W. Bush to use his influence through Replican Party to prevent the Obama Administration from pushing the UN Security Council to sanction and impose armed embargo on the government of Salva Kiir.
Bona Malual did meet George W. Bush in his home in Taxes, however, there is doubt if Bona Malwal made any success. For these reason, Bona Malwal turn to Dinka Community as the next avenue to preach their grievances to the US senates.
Now Malwal has started mobilizing Dinka people across USA from Kansas, Texas and other states, preaching that the Dinka around the globs must unite and rally behind President Salva Kiir, irregardless of his incompetency and weakness.
Bona Malwal told the Dinka gathering in Kansas City that all the South Sudanese communities have rejected us and the Nuer are threatening to take our leadership by force.
He said that there is no way the Dinka can allow the Nuer to take power or be part of their government when they have supports everywhere to defeat the Nuer in the battle fields. Bona Malwal assured us in the meeting that there is no other options other than continuing fighting and defending the leadership under their son, Salva Kiir Mayardit, otherwise, “the Dinka will be left with no where to go in South Sudan.” if they fail to protect their son and leadership.
Malwal said it would be better for the Dinka to fight to death, saying:
“we should not relinquish this leadership whatsoever. Nuers are threat to our government, we the Dinka, and we could not let that happen and let Nuer destroy Dinka government.” Bona Malwal said.
Bona Malwal said he has remitted more than $200,000 (two hundred thousand U. S dollars) to various accounts to be paid to young men and women, who will volunteer their time to sign a petition against the looming sanctions. He said a petition will be launched to collect signatures of people, who rejects the looming United Nation Security Council (UNSC) sanctions against the Dinka officials in their government.
Bona Malwal said he is worried that the AU, TROIKA and UN are standing against Salva Kiiir government and any sanctions against individuals will target only Dinka people.
The meeting was conducted with exclusion of other South Sudanese communities residing in the States of Texas and Kansas City. Malwal has been doing underground mobilization to meet with only the Dinka people in the United State. This was kept as a secrete until a few Nuer and Equatoria, who are intermarried with the Dinka started getting the intelligentsia in the very last minute.
After Bona Malual completed his mission in State of Texas, he went to State of Kansas City and he was welcomed by the Dinka community who are residing there. At his first introduction, he asked the audience if they are all Dinka ethnic group.
The audiences reply it yes they are and Bona start talking in Dinka, while a few Nuer and Equatorians were present anonymously in the audience. He started his speech by encouraging the Dinka community that they should mobilized themselves and support Salva Kiir government because the present regime belongs to Dinka and if they allows change or peace to happen in South Sudan, Dinka will have no where to go.
He said “it would be good if you all Dinka fight to death and not accepting any peace where Nuer would join the government. If peaces come to that country, all South Sudanese population will favor Nuer and Dinka would have no place in South Sudan.”
Bona Malual revealed the December 15, 2013 has a forgettable warning to Nuer and Dinka must not allow Nuer to come back to their government. He encouraged them that they should knock any door and asked for favor to keep Dinka government reign in South Sudan for the survivable of Dinka community.
My question is, what kind of legitimacy does Kiir has now if it becomse very clear that he is a Dinka President that actually ruling only Dinka and he excluded the other 63 difference ethnics of South Sudanese?
Bona Malwal said that Salva Kiir and his Dinka Elders have done it openly, pushing the non-dinka politicians, who support them in advisory roles and other non-influential positions for the Dinka to control all the decision making apparatus, but many some South Sudanese ignored the signs. Bona Malwal said that Dinka must not forgive those who have learned their plan and tried to oppose it, the likes of Dr. Riek Machar, Garang’s son and some Equatorians.
These speeches of Bona Malwal in USA and those of Salva Kiir at the rally have clearly confirm that peace will never reign in South Sudan as long as these tribal dinka Council of Elders with their tribal president still control the power.
