PRO-PEACE vs. ANTI-PEACE TENSIONS GROWING ‘DANGEROUS’ IN SOUTH SUDAN

Dec 08, 2015(Nyamilepedia) —- “The recently peace brokered in the Ethiopian Capital of Addis-Ababa between the South Sudan warring factions has reached a critical watershed and a turning point that the IGAD and the TRIOKA have been doomed and glommed peace and came like a child with so multiple childhood diseases. There is no doubt that South Sudan would return to square one and the actors this time around would become different and more ferociously aggressive and ever ready for politico-military action against Salva Kiir and his henchmen, protégés and yes-men.” Professor David de Chand

“There is nothing for the Nuer (Naadth/Nath) and the Shilluk (Chollo) people in Juba except more pain, suffering and mental anguish. We should labor to partition the Greater Upper Nile region to become an independent and sovereign de jure state through an internationally supervised referendum or through the armed struggle and there would be no “Appeasement” rapprochement with Salva Kiir or begging for peace from any jackasses in Juba. We shall and will professionally suck it to them.” Professor David de Chand

“South Sudan cannot remain a united political polity, but it must and ought to be partitioned like what happened in the Mediterranean Sea island nation of Cyprus in 1974 that was partitioned into two, viz., the Greco-Cypriots inhabited more than two-thirds (60%+)of the island nation in the South and one-third (30%) of the island nation inhabited by the Turkish-Cypriots in the North of Cyrus and there has been no centrist path either everyone on the island nation is a Greco-Cypriot or a Turkish-Cypriot or a stateless under the UNCHR protection, the international NGOs and IGOs on the Mediterranean island nation of Cyprus. In Somalia, Somaliland (Punt land)with it Capital in Hargiesa that has existed for more than 20-year as a de facto state, politically stable and economically prosperous compared to the Federal Republic of Somalia [FRS] in Mogadishu the same politico-military circumstances have occurred as well. This is what I do inevitably envisage to occur in South Sudan sooner rather than later.” Professor David de Chand

Verily and Verily, I would like say unto you that in order for peace to return to South Sudan, it would be easy for the camel to pass through the eye of a needle. Surely, there are many obstacles and hurdles to be overcome to achieve a comprehensive peace process. Nevertheless, as long as Salva Kiir remains the illegitimate President of Africa’s youngest failed state, the road to peace remains zigzag and the treacherous tribal warfare or as if a civil war would be intensified. We have a long path to trek to peace in South Sudan. As regard to a future united South Sudan, it would become imperatively impractical, if not impossible, to attain in South Sudan. Hence, the best tenable reasonable alternative solution would be to further partition South Sudan into three (3) nation-states comprised of the Greater Equatoria, the Greater Bahr-el-Ghazel and the Greater Upper Nile. I should without any hesitation bank all my eggs and the future investments on the would-be formally ‘partitioned’ South Sudan into three (3) nation-states peaceful and political solution, unfortunately. If the Mediterranean island nation of Cyprus could be partitioned into two, viz., the Greco-Cypriots and the Turkish-Cypriots such a political arrangement could also occur as a tenable reasonable alternative (TRA) political solution based on the people’s will and consent and therefore should become acceptable to the international community as an alternative reasonable solution to avoid war and spelling more bloodshed in South Sudan. The people of South Sudan shall not and will not accept on face value any externally superimposed peace with pistols on their foreheads, surgical knives on their throats and the gunboat diplomacy. We urge and appeal to the people of the Greater Upper Nile region that we should fight to cede from South Sudan to become an independent and sovereign state like any “all peoples” on the planet-Earth. The right to self-determination or in German “Selbestimmungsrecht der Volker” that is a right guaranteed to “all peoples” under international law, the UN Charter and adopted by the UNGA resolution 1514(XV) of 14 December 1960 and to this end declare that:

1. The subjection of peoples to alien subjugation, domination and exploitation constitutes a denial of fundamental human rights is contrary to the Charter of the United Nations and is an impediment to the promotion of world peace and cooperation.
2. All peoples have the right to self-determination; by virtue of that right they freely determine their political status and freely pursue their economic, social and cultural development.
3. Inadequacy of political, economic, social or educational preparedness should never serve as a pretext for delaying independence.
4. All armed action or repressive measures of all kinds directed dependent peoples shall cease in order to enable them to exercise peacefully and freely their right to complete independence and the integrity of their national territory shall be respected.
5. Immediate steps shall be taken, in Trust and non-Self-Governing Territories or all other territories which have not yet attained independence, to transfer all powers to the peoples of these territories, without any conditions or reservations, in accordance with their freely expressed will and desire, without any distinction as to race, creed or color, in order to enable them to enjoy complete independence and freedom.
6. Any attempt aimed at the partial or total disruption of the national unity and the territorial of a country is incompatible with the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations.

7.All states shall observe faithfully and strictly the provisions of the Charter of the United Nations, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the present Declaration on the basis of equality, non-interference in the internal affairs of all states and respect for the sovereign rights of all people and their territorial integrity.

Succinctly, based on the above-mentioned, the people of Greater Upper Nile region have the right based on their free will and desire to cede from South Sudan to become independent and sovereign de jure polity. We have the leadership, the capacity and the ability to achieve this goal and objective. Of course, it would be hard because there would be no free lunch, people would die, but through badge of courage, guts and gusto and a really bloody good fight against Salva Kiir, it is achievable, doable and attainable by any means necessary. We would like to state it at the outset that there would be no peace because the war still rages on in South Sudan. Even the statement uttered on 12 November 2015 by the semi-literate information minister Makuei Lueth (kac lora) who speaks like a person from the Dinka cattle camp or kraal that never fought any battles or commanded a company in the armed struggle to have the audacity and the tenacity to declare that South Sudan is not ready to receive SPLM-I-O advance team of 500 cadres has been indicative and affirmative that Juba is fearful of and not ready for peace, but preparing for more war mongering that it cannot fight and win. Whether Makuei Lueth likes it or not we are coming to Juba and he would become sooner rather than later the one to exit Juba by any means necessary. There is nothing great in Juba and without the Greater Upper Nile region oil revenue that made the Dinka power elite idiots to have grown big bellies or tummies like pregnant females Baboons and Guerillas (Goakni doar) in the bushes of South Sudan, Juba would become useless and it would remain so to be so in the months and years ahead.

Before I could proceed ahead with my work, analysis and recommendations that as a pre-requisite. I would like like to make it loud and clear that the expressions that I have jotted down aforementioned are political realities in South Sudan, but not insults or an understatements. I do mean what I have written down herein and if anyone feels that he has been insulted by the author, they can pack it or hack-it or take-it or leave-it. It’s clearly falls within the framework of freedom of speech and expression in advanced industrialized and civilized societies compared to South Sudan where freedom of speech, expression and press freedom have become virtually suppressed, sanctioned through an iron fist by the current a Soviet, a dictatorship and the illegitimate regime in Juba.

We urge and appeal to all the anti-government elements or forces to revolt and to take their case into the street demonstrations like the courageous people of Tunisia, Libya and Egypt took their cases into the Arab Spring or the Arab Streets to the streets in the North African nations of Libya, Tunisia and Egypt to oust their dictators and the authoritarian regimes from power. The current redneck, skinhead and racist regime in Juba is illegitimate, a dictatorship, a terrorist and a Soviet that has imported Dash (ISIL) from Libya through Darfur rebel forces and Al-Qaeda-Islamist (Al-QEADIS) State in Iraq and Levant (al-Qaeda-ISIL), a killer of children and women and all the non-Dinka folks in South Sudan with the dream of terrorizing and creating fear for the weaker and poorer Dinka power elite to maintain power for the sake of power. Based on the primary, concrete and authentic sources from within the Office of the President Salva Kiir, he personally gave orders to the National Military Intelligence (NMI), the National Security Intelligence Services (NISS) and the Touch Dinka Militias- Mathiang Anyor- with the deliberate and willful intention to kill all and every Nuer no matter where found-to destroy as a group. Similarly, this was all about the Holocaust, the systematic attempt of German authorities during the Second World War (WWII) (1939-1945) to kill all and every Jew no matter where found-to destroy as a group. Later on the Shilluk were incorporated or added in the aforesaid policy of the Dinka dictator Salva Kiir. We urge and appeal to the Nuer and Shilluk leaders and all the non-Dinka people in South Sudan in particular, that you are not out of the woods yet because the Dinka has assumed and preconceived that they would fight the strongest and to destroy it first and then turn around the muzzles of the guns against the weaker and the smallest ethnicities in both Equatoria and Bahr-el-Ghazel regions. The ongoing carnage in Western Equatoria, Central Equatoria and Eastern Equatoria as part and parcel of the whole preconceived grand designed strategic plan to target all the non-Dinka people for extermination as a “final solution” in whole or in part. For those people who have decided to remain with Salva Kiir, they could be rounded up at any time as easy preys to be slaughtered and cremated to concealed any forensic evidence of death similar to the Nazi Germany Concentration Camps and Crematoria in Auschwitz, Belzec, Buchenwald, Chemo and Tablinka…etc, and the other Nazi Concentration Camps then before they liberated by the US, the UK armies, including their European allies before the end of WWII in 1945.

Specifically, President Salva randomly killings of all people and with particular, focused on the unarmed and helpless Nuer (Naadth/Nath) and the Shilluk (Chollo) ethnicities in Juba for extermination as a “final solution” in whole or in part. This is the paradigm case of genocide and underlies the word’s origin. Genocide is generally considered one of the worst moral crimes a government (meaning any authority, including that of a guerrilla group, a quasi state, a soviet, a terrorist organization or an occupation authority) can commit against its citizens or those it controls. The Nuer Community [NC] knew dawn well that the Dinka would want to avenge the historic defeats, feuds on cattle rustlings, the 1984 death of so many Dinka from Bahr-el-Ghazel en route to Ethiopia for military training camps and killed by the late Colonel William Abdullah Chuol Deng in avenged of the death of his colleague the late Colonel Samuel Gai Tut murdered by the late John Garang de Mabior in Thijak, southwest region of Nuer-Ethiopia in 1984 abated by Colonel Mengistu Hale Miriam of the Marxist-Leninist Dreg regime in Ethiopia and the October 1991 Bor incident that made many Dinka Bor to become IDPs in avenged by the Nuer youth against things that Dinka Bor have done, which they ought not to have done. Most importantly, we have known now the eight (8) real Nuer-wew or Nuer-yieuni during the vote on the superimposed Bill of creating new states on the Nuer and Shilluk Kingdom lands to be annexed to Dinka minority groups in Greater Upper Nile that would tantamount to Declaration of war by the illegitimate President, illegitimate government and the illegitimate Parliament in Juba. They know who they are and they should consider themselves as being already ostracized or ex-communicated from the NC because they are useless Nuers who could not contribute anything at all, for the Nuer nation, it development, progress and prosperity of its resilient people.

As for the Dinka People they should realize and underscore that future and the present looks bleak for them throughout South Sudan. Most importantly, we could not be more than pleased that these political developments have occurred when The Hon. Abel Alier still remains alive and well because he was the flamboyant première person that orchestrated and perpetrated the so-called Dinka political supremacy and the Dinka power elite ultraconservative domination, oppression and exploitation. Conclusively, unless the Dinka power elite reverse the clock by doing the right thing, the legacy of Salva Kiir would make a big hallow hole and the darkest cloud over the Dinka as a people and a community for them in south Sudan. I will rest my case…. For those who have committed the crimes of genocide—defined as the gravest and greatest crimes against humanity, they should all face the law and we do know them all. No matter they can run and hide, we will apprehend them and to bring to social justice in the same fashion that the Israeli’s Mosad and Shin Pin (Police) hunted down the Nazis that killed the Jews in Nazi Germany and escaped to other parts of the world. We do monitor their movement and we will get them no matter what, where and how—, we shall get them all to face adjudication of Justice. Both Salva Kiir and Dr. Riek Machar should resign from power in order to present themselves to the law. We believe that neither Salva Kiir nor Dr. Riek Machar would rule and to reunite South Sudan as it was prior to the ensuing treacherous tribal warfare or as if a civil war.

We urge and appeal to the people of South Sudan that they should be patience because democracy and its true universal values is at the door steps of the Dinka dictator Salva Kiir that would be ousted whether he likes it or not, he would one way or another be forced to abdicate and it will happen. It just only a matter of time because all rebel forces are closing on in putting a ring around or converging on in to Juba and there would be no way to escape this time around. We would not give a damn or a hood about who lives in Juba and around 25 Kilometers radius around Juba. For those who have committed genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity, including anybody that registered as Mathiang Anyor they would become doomed and gloomed and should be ready to face justice and to avenge with the same degrees, magnitudes and latitudes that they did to the fallen unarmed and helpless Nuer ethnicity on 15, 16, 17 and 18 December 2013 Juba Genocide and beyond. We have the capacity and the ability to avenge what happened to our people, loved ones and those who committed genocide… defined as the “gravest” and the “greatest” crime against humanity should know and to face the consequences of their actions and there would be no forgiveness before the law of the land. We would shut down the last oil well that the Dinka dictator, child and woman killer has been depending on it. Paloch is not out of the woods yet because it could surely become prey one way or the other and will succumb to the rebel forces. There are two rebel groups to deal with such as the pro-peace vs. the anti-peace rebel forces or the non-SPLA rebel forces throughout South Sudan. We urge and appeal to SPLA-I-O leadership to suspend indefinitely selecting and sending of the 500 advance team to be led by politico-military leadership. It’s really too dangerous to venture at this time because there is no peace to be implemented for that. There would be war and really a long and bloody war at the horizon. Therefore, we should seriously forewarn all Juba residents, including foreign embassies to let go off their non-essential personnel to get the hell out before it’s too late and the rebels cannot be held responsible and accountable for what may in the foreseeable future.

Realistically, the rebel forces are determined coming in on to Juba because they are stronger and well equipped rebel forces to strikes from all directions conversing on to Juba and by any means necessary. In real military jargon, Juba, per se, is under siege. For the Nuer (Naadth or Nath) and the Shilluk (Chollo) people, there is no rush to go to Juba because there’s nothing great in Juba except more death on both sides sooner rather than later. We do suggest that only the rebel forces should go to fight and to oust Salva Kiir. All civilians’ population should keep off limit of Juba town. It could become a ghost town soon. We have got all the resources and riches in the Greater Upper Nile. We should not run after the poor people, but it’s always the poor people that usual run after the rich and the superrich. This is a reality that IGAD and the TRIOKA that superimposed the peace through the surgical knives on our throats, the pistols on our foreheads and the gunboat diplomacy to be ready for real action this time around. We have nothing to lose, but we do have everything to gain this time round in the war with the première purpose and objective of ousting the Dinka dictator Salva Kiir and to call on the Chinese oil companies to exit South Sudan before it’s too late. Because the Chinese have allied and supplied sophisticated arms to the dictator in Juba, they have become part and parcel of the enemy. Therefore, they [Chinese] must and ought to exit or to get the hell out of the Greater Upper Nile region without any delays. They would be replaced by other oil consortia interested in doing good and clean business with us compared to the Chinese who have become treasure hunters, gold diggers and rogues stealing the Africans and South Sudan natural resources and crucial minerals for the vital interests of the 2 billion plus people in China rather than the African people and South Sudanese in particular. Succinctly, the Chinese are treasure hunters who came to Africa to steal the African natural resources and strategically crucial minerals for their benefits rather those of the African people Sudanese and South Sudanese people in particular. This is the bottom line. Dr. Machar and his brother-in-law Taban Deng Gai have setback the people’s revolution against the ‘President of death’ and/or “The Adolf Hitler” Salva Kiir’s-likes and the notorious killer and murderer Paul Malong Awan whose legacy would become a pretty nasty and the darkest trail for the Dinka as an indelible group in the future and the present in South Sudan.

Given, the general uprising against the Dinka power elite leadership, they cannot remain in power for long. They would have to be removed through the people’s power and by any means necessary like what happened to the Arab dictators in the Northern African nations of Egypt, Libya and Tunisia through the Arab Spring or the Arab Streets. Without any shadow of a doubt, South Sudan Spring or South Sudan Streets is in the making. It could take shape without any prior notice because there’s more anti-government from within compared to the pro-government supporters in Juba. The pro-government supporters have been blessed by the UPDF fighting for them because the Dinka fighters are by nature weaker and cowards of the cowards. If they were men with balls and the red badge of courage, they could not have become dependent on foreign fighters. So, who would respect the Dinka any more in South Sudan? In short, Dinka fighters have been just bunch of yo-yos, ass-holds and son of bitches (sobs) to say the least. In fact, an army conveys of tanks or any battles led by Dinka commanders are surely to be defeated, disseminated and destroyed. Alexander the Great said he that “He was not deterred by an army of lions led by a sheep, but was deterred by an army of sheep led by a lion.” The analogy and the logical explication and thinking goes like this “who would be afraid or deter by an army led by Dinka commanders or generals? It’s like an army of lion led by a sheep that represents the Dinka commanders or generals and the Army of sheep led by a lion would elucidate or represent the Nuer (Naath or Nath), Shilluk (Chollo) and the Murle commanders and generals against the weaker Dinka in South Sudan.

Hitherto, the worst nightmare of every Dinka in South Sudan now and forever has been the Nuer (Naadth), the Shilluk (Chollo) and the Murle that they feared the most like rattle snakes, the Indian Copra, the African King’s Copra and the African Black Mamba poisonous snakes or other serpents on the planet-Earth. The Nuer and Shilluk have been united against the Dinka in the Greater Upper Nile until they would be defeated, disseminated, destroyed and annihilated. Of course, they [Dinka] know in their bleeding hearts, guts and gusto that they have aggressed, the Nuer, the Shilluk or the Murle to be prepared for the worst to come because there is no time to wait to sort things out before a dangerous situation could develop. This conflict is not yet over and it could take a pretty long time of not less than 5, 10 and 15, 20…, to 100-year strategic plan against the Dinka tribesmen as an indelible group versus more than sixty-three (63) nationalities that they have no friends or allies amongst them in South Sudan. The Dinka because of their arrogance, love for power for the sake of power, money and control, they have been already become isolated in South Sudan by every nationality and everyone is against the Dinka tribesmen and their power elite. Sociologically, this is the piece of the iceberg for every reader to capture about the Dinka way of life.

Although the Dinka tribesmen has proclaimed to the world that they are warriors, that has been proven wrong beyond a reasonable doubt that has become a white lie of the third kind. As an American trained combat soldier, I would think twice fighting an Israeli Defense Forces (IDF), Russian, the US, the UK, the French and the German armies led by Israeli, Russian, the US, the UK, the French and the German female commanders or generals compared to an army led by Dinka commanders or generals in South Sudan. They are dressed and armed like real soldiers ready for action, but when they hear the firing shots of bullets, artillery (120, 130 and 155 or D-30s and the BMs) , they run like hell for their lives leaving everything virtually intact behind. This is how the Nuer White Army(NWA), the SPLA-I-O, the Shilluk forces and the Murle forces now united as one formidable force that would deal with the Dinka fighters in the conflict that they have started by targeting unarmed and helpless civilians’ population for extermination as a “final solution” in whole or in part. They are useless bunch of crooks and soldiers without the red badge of courage, guts and gusto to fight and to take the heat. Therefore, one cannot waste time to command such craps of soldiers compared to the Nuer, the Shilluk and the Murle soldiers. In Equatoria, we could recruit only from Latuka, Mandara, Taposa and others with fighting capabilities and the Azande warriors of Western Equatoria otherwise known as the “Arrow Men” against the Dinka tribesmen. Reckoning, that the UPDF shielded them out, where would they go without the UPDF? They would really be exposed to face the consequences of their actions because the evils that men do, they live by them. The Nuer would be united to do a payback for the offenses and crimes committed against humanity by the Dinka against the Nuer nation and its resilient people. Wherever they go in the world, we will follow them to suck it to them. They should remember this because of the things that they have done, which they ought not to have done to the Nuer nation and its resilient people.

The ongoing tribal warfare or as if a civil war in South Sudan has proven above analytical and logical statements about the Dinka to be true. Many Dinka and Ugandan forces plus their foreign mercenaries affiliated with them from the IGAD countries; including Sudan rebel forces or mercenaries without a cause have died in vain so much in the Greater Upper Nile region. For instance, more than 15,000 Ugandan forces died, wounded or captured in Jonglei State and twice or three times Dinka died, wounded or captured in the same area. To show that war is hell, many Ugandan and Dinka soldiers drove their tanks and trucks in the White Nile River and died like the dogs of war. In Malakal, the Capital of Upper Nile State that changed hands so many times between the rebels and the government forces supported by the UPDF and Sudan rebel forces more than 19,000 Dinka soldiers died, wounded or captured and big numbers of the UPDF and Sudan rebel forces in Unity State paid a pretty hefty price compared to Jonglei and Malakal respectively. The Dinka should thank some of the Bull Nuer fighters led by General Pool Jang under the command of the Monytuiel’s brothers, namely, Lt.-General Baping Monytuiel and Dr. Nguen Monytuiel, MD, in Juba. However, this equation could change sooner rather than later could be reversed or even if they continued to be with Salva Kiir, it could not make a dent in the War. At the end of the day, they would become the greatest losers because neither the Bull Nuer Community nor the Nuer Community in general would be considered to be reintegrated into the Nuer society and culture or be ostracized forever.

There could be no further reasons for the Bull Nuer fighters to exhaust their fighting power to protect the wicked and the remorseful less Dinka. They should return to join their fellow Nuer fighters under the command of General Peter Gatdet to defeat the Dinka. Any internal problems that existed or prevailed in Bentiu, Unity State, could be considered as an internal Unity State problems that could be resolved through internal traditional mechanisms for political and conflict resolution. There would soon be a need for Dialogue par cum pare (equality) to be convened with General Pool Jang to stop the killings amongst the Nuer in Unity State, reunification of the entire Nuer nation and its resilient people, to inculcate respect amongst its people and its leaders to forgive, but not to forget for the things that they have done, which they ought not to have to have done. The Nuer nation should solidly and to stand up in unionism in support of our leaders as long as they do the right thing and listening to the voices of reasons of the people. By doing so of the above, the Nuer people shall regain respect and trust from others because our traditionally advanced democratic ideals, egalitarianism; communalism; freedom; social justice; equality, compassion as a faith-based society and the oldest concept of the Nuer kinship should not be allowed to be destroyed as a culture and our unity and to allow others, per se, to prematurely penetrate our inner circles to extract of civilization secrets. Most importantly, the love of ‘Dialectic Materialism’ (Nthok kuakni), individualism and selfishness are no solutions in the process of nation building process. We should all become selfless and to have compassion for all those indeed in our midst within our community and to extend those social welfare ideals of human kindness to others throughout South Sudan. This has been the old tradition of the Nuer culture to attract to acculturate and to assimilate other nationalities and the Dinka that has now turned to become our première enemy.

These ideals have been the greatest sociological and philosophical thoughts that advanced Europe and America and the world. We have got all these values and the Nuer people do not need to import such ideals from the Western societies because we have had them prior to the advent of Euro-colonialism and Euro-imperialism to the Nuerland in the 19^th century scramble for Africa before other folks have had them for that. For instance, from the time of immoral up to the present, the Nuer nation has been the only nation that has had no concept of capital punishment (thiele ngap) by hanging by the neck until the victim is declared dead compared to Europe, America and the Arab Islamic world that practiced for generations after generations predated to the epoch of Jesus Christ, the King of the Jews, and the King of Mesopotamia Hammurabi’s law that states that “An eye for an eye and a “Tooth for tooth” as the basis of Sharia law (Islamic Code) in the Arab and Islamic world. The modern Nuer Customary law and its codified laws do not approve the application of capital punishment, but compensation of the deceased if anyone killed another person for no probable cause. The Nuer Customary Law does not have compensations for the warriors killed in war because it was their duty to die for the cause of the Nuer nation and its protection from its external and domestic enemies. The root causes of the Anglo-Nuer war (khor Longlithni ke niey tin Naadth/Nath (people of the people) or the Nuer Revolution (al-Sura’a al-Nuer) or the Nuer Résistance was the introduction of the capital Punishment in the aftermath of the incorporation of the Anglo-Indian law in Sudan’s Panel Code during the Pacification Policy and the British imperialism and colonialism in Sudan and South Sudan in particular. Because of the Nuer traditions and customs, hanging by the neck was too foreign, un-religious, inhumane and anti-human rights in as far as the Nuer society and culture was concerned. The Nuer nation won that war against the British because the Nuer nationality was the only nationality that was not colonized in Sudan and in Africa and was not governed through foreign laws, but through the “indirect rule” developed by Lord Henry Lugar in the Emirates of Nigeria in the 19^th century that became the standardized British colonial policy in the Anglo-phone Africa and the imported Native Administration (al-Hakim al-Halyia) from Darfur in the later years to the Nuerland and extended to others throughout the then “Closed District” of Southern Sudan three(3) Provinces of Equatoria, Bahr-el-Ghazel and Upper Nile.

Certainly, we are all knowledgeable and aware with the root causes of the gloomy prevailing situation in the Western Nuer State of Liech (Unity State) (Al-Wahda), it was created by the former Governor Taban Deng Gai’s maladministration and mal-adjudication of social justice throughout Unity State. It has not been a war that has been superimposed on the Nuer nation by its archenemies; that the Nuer did neither aggress nor declare war a state of war against the archenemies of the Nuer nation and its gallant and resilient people on anybody and that this war has been externally superimposed war on the Nuer folks who would fight it in the act of self-defense because it has targeted them for genocide or democide, war crimes, crimes against humanity, deliberately and willfully targeted them for extermination as a “final solution” in whole or in part. We would like to let the international community know that what happened to the unarmed and helpless Nuer ethnicity or nationality on 15, 16, 17 and 18 of mid-December 2013 was a Holocaust, the systematic attempt of German authorities during the Second World War (WWII) (1939-1945) to kill every Jew no matter found-to destroy Jews as a group. The same systematic attempt was orchestrated by the Government of South Sudan (GOSS) authorities to kill every Nuer no matter where found-to destroy the Nuer as a group. Nazi Germany targeted the Jews for extermination as a “final solution” in whole or in part. This also applied to the Nuer in this ongoing treacherous tribal warfare or as if a civil war targeted the Nuer for extermination as a “final solution” in whole or in part. The day will come when the Dinka power elite would realize that what they have done against the Nuer people and its resilient people would make them all feel regrettable. The Nuer would fight back until the weaker Dinka tribesmen shall be defeated, disseminated, scattered and reduced to rubbles in South Sudan.

Surely, every Nuer should know that we have now an enemy-the Dinka- from within our midst and at our door steps. What shall we do about it? We should together and in unionism to sit down to charter the course of action as an ‘endangered species’ on the planet-Earth and South Sudan in particular, that without the Nuer blood and sweats could not have become a state amongst the African Union (AU) nation-states and to hoist its national flag amongst the nation-states of the UN system. We urge and appeal to the Nuer nation to consolidate its ‘Unity’ and its ‘Solidarity’ with its allies that have been also targeted or extermination like them by the same archenemies abated by Uganda and some of the AU countries with vested interests in the Nuerland oilfields and gas fields’ revenue. The Nuer oil revenue has impregnated those archenemies to grow big bellies like females pregnant Baboons and Guerillas in the wild (doar) and have decided to exterminate the Nuer in South Sudan. The Nuer cannot take this externally superimposed psychological war and pressure points no more, but they shall and will reverse this faulty equation and to set it right given the Nuer capabilities and the abilities to fight back. The Nuer shall fight back and at the same time; it shall and will seek peace with strength, but not in weakness or to beg anybody or any jackass for peace and that it could not to be welcomed to South Sudan that it has liberated with it sweats and blood by anyone else.

In essence, there’s only one recourse left- that’s to fight back as the only way out for durable strong peace and the exercise of the right to self-determination to be attained. If this war takes us a hundred year, so be it written, and let’s fight it with all our might and the military capabilities and abilities until we win this war and we shall and will win it. We urge and appeal to all the sons and daughters of the Greater Upper Nile region that they should rapidly expand and intensify the rebellion nationwide against the dictatorship in Juba to fall like other dictators in the North African nations of Tunisia, Libya and Egypt through the people’s power, revolution and/or uprising. It is indeed imperatively impractical, if not impossible, for the dictator in Juba to remain in power for long because it loses grounds day-by-day; has been weaken and has become a lame duck dictatorship in Juba. Most importantly, the Dinka dictator whose term has expired retrospect to 15 July 2015 has become an illegitimate head of state and government, illegitimate Parliament and the illegitimate Supreme Court or the High Court. In a nutshell, the system as a whole has become illegitimate system by all international standards and norms. Conclusively, Salva Kiir must step down or resign before it’s too late. Surely, he would have to go whether he likes it or not, he would have to go one way or another and he would not remain in power forever lasting. This is the bottom line.

We urge and appeal to the Nuer nation and its resilient people to know and to underscore that this ongoing treacherous tribal warfare or as if a civil war is not about Taban, Dr. Riek Machar and/or Angelina Machar, Professor David de Chand- the author of this piece of analysis or anybody’s war within the Nuer Community. It is all about the liberation to become free and equal in our motherland like the Kurds in Kurdistan-Iraq, the Greco-Cypriots on more than two-thirds (60%+) on the southern side of the Mediterranean Sea island nation of Cyprus and the Turkish-Cypriots a third (30%) on the northern side of the island nation of Cyprus and Somaliland in Hargeisa on the Coast of Aden that has existed as a de facto state for the past 20-year plus and many other examples around the global scale. We hope that General Pool Jang would listen to the voices of reasons and reasonableness and to reckon that his future and that of the Bull Nuer Community has been totally and completely intertwined as an integral part of the Nuer Community (NC) and would never ever be intertwined with the Dinka Community (DC) that has in this war been exploiting the Bull Nuer for its interests as the gate keepers against the Nuer penetration into the heart land of the Dinka in both Warrap and Aweil States. Cognizant, of all the atrocities committed, we should all reckon that South Sudan would not remain the same as it was prior to this ongoing treacherous tribal warfare or as if a civil war. We shall and will not become a united polity, but we shall be partitioned similarly to the events on the Mediterranean Sea island nation of Cyprus that was partitioned in the aftermath of military coup d’état backed by Athens’ government 1974 that partitioned the Mediterranean Sea island nation into the Greco-Cypriots on the southern side of the island nation of Cyprus and the Turkish-Cypriots on the northern side of the Island nation of Cyprus and there was no centrist path because every person on the island nation of Cyprus either be identified as a ‘Greco-Cypriot’ or a Turkish-Cypriot or as stateless persons under the auspices of the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR), the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), the International Office of Migration (IOM) and/or any other international agencies created to deal with such problems worldwide and in Cyprus in particular.

Rather, the Nuer and the Shilluk communities cannot and will not be intertwined with the Dinka Community ever, but with the Nuer Community and other communities of the Greater Upper Nile region that have been targeted for genocide or democide or extermination as a “final solution” in whole or in part. General Pool Jang should know and underscore that whatever crimes and/or offenses that he committed during the war could be forgiven, but not to be forgotten for the cause of the Nuer national unity by all parties concerned. It has been reckoned that all the warring camps have committed outrageous crimes and atrocities against the civilians’ population. Therefore, they all would be forgiven, but not to forget for the sake of the Nuer unity, the Nuer-Shilluk (Chollo) Kingdom ‘Unity and Solidarity, including other communities that have been also targeted by the Dinka for extermination as a “final solution” in whole or in part.

To the Nuer nation and the Chollo Kingdom, I would like to tell the Nuer and the Shilluk folks that because of my past relations, friendship, brotherhood and camaraderie with General Pool Jang in the former South Sudan Liberation Army (SSLA), I would be obliged and ready to visit with him (General Pool Jang) under the escort of the United Nations, the International Red Cross (IRC), the EU, the IGAD, the TRIOKA (the US, the UK and Norway) and the African Union (AU) to visit General Pool Jang wherever he resides in Mayom County, Unity State. For the Nuer nation unity and its solidarity, I have high spirit as an academic, diplomat, a statesman, international socioeconomic and international management and development expert and a highly US military trained and a veteran to meet with anyone that I would deem fit to meet and to Dialogue par cum pare (equal) on the issues of reconciliation, forgiveness, but not to forget, peace and conflict resolution. I do believe in shuttle diplomacy like the late UN Secretary-General Dag Hammarskjold and the former US Secretary of State Professor Henry Kissinger. I could accomplish a great deal this way or through this shuttle diplomacy. The goodness of this diplomacy has been that it provides face-to-face contacts and eyeball-to-eyeball contacts. I would be obliged to tell him (General Pool Jang) about my intentions, socio-political ideology, politico-philosophical thinking and neo-thinking on how to end the carnage in Unity State. At the same time, I would be obliged to know his side and to compare and contrast our ideas to agree on one positive note, how to go about it and how to arrive to a final solution through step-by-step rapprochement process on such ongoing rapidly rebellious and endless conflict nationwide.

I would really be interested to hear from the horse’s mouth and to know from General Pool Jang’s side and to tell me in person his opinion and to provide a roadmap solution to this dreadful prevailing and endless conflict. I do know General Pool Jang firsthand he’s not a bad guy at all, to become defiance, but I do hope that he could become pretty keen to listen or to give me an audience or an ear. For the sake of the Nuer ethnicity unity, we must and ought to adopt tolerance, respect and to inject new approaches for reconciliation, forgiveness, but not to forget the past and conflict resolution. Professor George Lucas writes that “Those who forget the past are bound to repeat it.” In the book JERUSALEM COUNTDOWN: A PRELUDE TO WAR, The Rt. Rev. John Hagee writes that “Those who fail to remember the mistakes of the past are doomed to repeat them in the future. History reveals humanity’s triumphs and failures, giving us a compass for the future.”

We should not refuse to engage those Nuer leaders on the other side of aisles to know their fears, feelings and the isolationist attitudes superimposed upon them by the current political circumstances. As far case I can tell as an academic expert, many of the Nuer leaders that have opted to remain on Salva Kiir’s side have been true bloody nationalists and great doers. Nevertheless, they were not sure of Dr. Riek Machar’s leadership capability and the ability. I would not tend to termed all of them what the Dinka folks sarcastically termed them as “Nuer wew” or “Nue-yiuni”, but nationalists with an understood political ideology and considered themselves as part of the national government. As I see it now, I could not agree more with almost all of them in these real political circumstances. They have envisaged that Dr. Machar leadership would fail at the end has it already done for so many in the SPLA-I-O. I am sure General Pool Jang would be glad to meeting with me and so am I too would be glad and interested to meeting with him too. It would become mutual and friendly reunion. I hope that he (General Pool Jang) extends me an invitation to have personal contacts through the above-mentioned agencies when he reads this analysis of the signed brokered failed peace process by the IGAD and TRIOKA based on my personal opinion and the determination to reunify the Nuer Community, to end the bloodshed in Unity State, to reunite its leadership and to achieve lasting unity and peace within the Nuer nation with its neighbors. The intensifying guerrilla warfare against the Dinka power elite regime in Juba by the entire rebellious variant groups and nationalities as set a stage that could produce sooner rather than later South Sudan’s spring or revolution or South Sudan’s streets similar to the Arab Spring or the Arab Streets and could spread through Uganda and beyond. Nevertheless, we all should become part and parcel of that rising or emerging social renaissance, social revolution against social injustice at the horizon that otherwise could be termed as “South Sudan Spring or South Sudan Streets.”

Specifically, the pre-emptive and premature genocide or democide against the Nuer ethnicity as an indelible group has been a deliberately and willfully avenged by Salva Kiir and Paul Malong Awan against the Bahr-el-Ghazel cadres that fought and died in large numbers in Fangak, Zeraf River, Central Nuer, launched by the late Colonel William Abdullah Chuol Deng in 1984 to avenge the death of the late Colonel Samuel Gai Tut murdered by the late Colonel John Garang abated by Colonel Mengistu Hale Miriam of the former Marxist-Leninist Dreg regime in Ethiopia (1971-1991). We hope that no Nuer has not forgotten this incident and the purpose for organizing the so-called Mathiang Anyor- of the Touch Militias that launched to avenge against the Nuer nation and its people in the 1984 Fangak Incident because it had been hidden agenda in the hearts and minds of every Touch Dinka, including the 1991 Bor incident that has been also glorified and fanaticized by some diehards Bor politicians and military leaders led by none other than the current notorious killer the Minister of Defense(MOD) Kuol Mayang, Dr. Lual Deng Acuek, General Mach Paul, Dr. Majak d’Aggot, General Bior (Aswat/Black) Ajang Dutt, the semi-literate and moron Minister of Information Makuei Lueth, including the Bor Community Elders like Abel Alier Kuai that have had deeply seated grudges against the Nuer people and their leader Dr. Riek Machar and others that they have vowed to assassinate by any means necessary and have failed, thus, far in this absolute, hopeless and useless project. The Nuer people has already survived and avenged its dead and could in turn re-avenge this committed genocide or democide similar to the Jewish Holocaust by the Nazi Germany during the Second World War (WWII) (1939-1945, the 1994 Rwanda Genocide committed by the renegades Hutu’s majority against the resilient Tutsi minority in Kigali before the United Nations Mission in Rwanda (UNMIR) that comprised of 25,000 peace keepers or the men and women in Blue Helmets under the command of the Canadian Lt.-General Romeo Dalliance that have been similar of the Touch Dinka and the SPLA preemptively and prematurely abated by Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Tanzania, Kenya, Somalia and Zimbabwean mercenaries attached to the UPDF and the SPLA Juba supported Sudan rebel groups without any politico-military objective that became mercenaries for the purpose of extermination of the unarmed and helpless Nuer ethnicity as a “final solution” in whole or in part.

The aforementioned forces have been defeated by the gallant and resilient Nuer people. The Nuer nation and its gallant people have survived Uganda Air Force (UAF) bombing of the innocent population with the internationally banned Cluster bombs; the White Phosphorus bombs; the biochemical bombs; and mustard gas similar to the use against the Kurds in Kurdistan-Iraq, including the Iran-Iraq War (1987-1995) epic and against the civilian population by the Islamic State in Levant (ISIL) and Al-Qaeda-Islamic State (AQEADIS) in Syria’s war. There was no doubt that the entire world knew firsthand that such banned bombs and biochemical weapons have stockpiled and used against the Nuer nation and its people, but its gave it a blind eye compared to the Israelis constant usage of such weapons against the Palestinian refugees in Gaza Strip for years and the usage of the foliage Agent Orange by the USAF during the Vietnam quagmire in southeast Asia (1958-1971) in the post-Nixon’s Island of Quam Speech calling for the immediate and unconditional withdraw of the US military forces in South Vietnam under the pressure points of continuous protests against the endless and the treacherous undeclared Vietnam quagmire or undeclared war in southeast Asia. The Nuer Nation and its resilient people have heard and gotten loud and clear the mediocrity and the lack of sound and clear judgment from the international community against the Dinka dictator committed atrocities, genocide or democide and targeted the Nuer people for extermination as a “final solution” in whole or in part. Succinctly, such actions would go un-avenge because this war would not stop until it reaches the heartland of the Tuoch Dinka in Warrap and Aweil States in Northern Greater Bahr-el-Ghazel region. The Nuer nation would have left with no recourse, but to avenge in a board day light the acts of aggressions committed by the Dinka against the Nuer people and tolerated by the UN, the UMISS, the AU, the IGAD, and TRIOKA (the UK, the US and Norway). We would like to urge and appeal to all the Nuer people to remember that “United we stand, divided we fall.”

THE PEACE: A GLOOMY AND ZIGAG PATH

The IGAD, the UN and TRIOKA (the US, the UK and Norway) should know that peace in South Sudan is no near to South Sudan’s door steps because it’s gloomy, zigzag path and too far away in the Galaxy. The different rebel forces in opposition that allied with the SPLA-I-O united by a common cause, namely, South Sudan Defense Forces (SSDF) led by Lt. General Gordon Koang Chol, the Revived South Sudan Independence Movement/Army (RSSIM/A) emerged with the South Sudan National Revolutionary Army (SSNRA) led by Professor David de Chand, the South Sudan Democratic Forces (SSDA) led by General O’olong, the Murle Copra Forces (MCF) led by David Yaw-Yaw and the South Sudan Liberation Army (SSLA) led by General James Gai Yoach and the recently defected forces of the generals from Dr. Machar’s camp, the ferocious Nuer White Army (NWA) of Kujur Gok Deng, including those that have defected and would be defecting from the Juba SPLA; we shall reunite; reorganize; recruit; remilitarize and to retrain further for the war until the Dinka power elite leadership and its negatively sophisticated ultraconservative, fundamentalist, radical and extremist nationalism and terrorism would be defeated, disseminated and destroyed forever. There would be no ‘Appeasement’ rapprochement or compromise compared to what Britain and France had done to appease Adolf Hitler at the Munich Conference in 1939 prior to the beginning of the Second World War (WWII) (1939-1945).

The distorted and baseless Dinka fundamentalism, radicalism and extremism as well as its tenets of ultraconservative nationalism and its extremist paradigm political ideology that asserts that “They [Dinka] are born to rule and not to be ruled” and that “They [Dinka] are the Chosen people” by whom and for what?-remains a myth to be mythologized. The Dinka supremacy, domination, exploitation and arrogance as alluded to by the so-called Dinka Elders Council (DEC) must and ought to be politico-militarily confronted, defeated and destroyed sooner rather than later if South Sudan wishes to remain one indivisible united democratic state otherwise we could go for an immediate political divorce without any delays like what happened in the Mediterranean Sea island nation of Cyprus that was partitioned into the Greco-Cypriots on the south side of the island nation of Cyprus and the Turkish-Cypriots on the north side of the island nation of Cyprus and there’s no centrist path because every person on the island nation of Cyprus either become a Greek-Cypriots or Turkish-Cypriots or a stateless person under the auspices of the UN protection for that. We shall undertake other serious and effective administrative policy measures similar to those undertaken by the Buddhist Priests against the Rhoeninga Muslim minority in Myanmar (Burma) against “the entire Dinka Community minority Residents” in the Greater Upper Nile region as soon as this war would be concluded. The future legal and socio-policies toward every Dinka person in the Greater Upper Nile shall and will become too rigid, drastic and we would make sure that they would be forcibly dislodged, dislocated and to be transplanted or to be forcibly moved to Bahr-el-Ghazel under the UN established escort corridors or passages and other affiliated UN and international agencies protection. Any Dinka persons that would refuse to emigrate to Bar-el-Ghazel could forfeit their rights to land, citizenship and could to be classified as stateless to statelessness and /or illegal migrants. They have made the choice by joining Salva Kiir and committed genocide against the Nuer and the Shilluk people. For instance, Paloch (Wiec loch) has been Gajak Nuerland and its residents are Gajak Nuer and Renk historically belongs to both the Chollo and the Nuer people and the name reflect it for that.

We would presume realistically that the Dinka were our most favored tolerated “Guest Arbiters” or “Guest Workers” like the Turks in Germany at the end of the post-WWII Germany’s reconstruction in the Greater Upper Nile region. No Dinka can own any lands in Greater Upper Nile because they have already shown their true colors at the end of this endless conflict. Cognizant, that Salva Kiir wanted to give them other people’s lands, property and the natural resources therein to create undesirable Dinka “mini-states” against the free will and consent of the majority, the best and the most viable policy would be to let them migrate from the Greater Upper Nile region to Bahr-el-Ghazel. There would be no doubt that the Dinka population in the Greater Upper Nile region could become like the Rhoningyka Muslim minority group terrorized by the fundamentalist, radical and extremist Buddhists Priests in Myanmar (Burma). The Dinka should not blame anyone group because they started ethnic cleansing, ethnic purification, genocide or democide and extermination of the Nuer and the Chollo ethnicities in cold blood as a “final solution” in whole or in part. Nevertheless, they should know that they would not escape the evil deeds, the crimes or offenses and gross systematic killings, massacres that they have started in mid-December 2013 in Juba Genocide and beyond. Whatever evils that men do, they have to live and to die by them. We would create tougher and bitter social policy measures and communities regulations that would compel many of the Dinka population to voluntarily exit the Greater Upper Nile region forever.

Most importantly, we would like the Tuoch Dinka Militias should know and underscore that this ongoing tribal warfare or as if a civil war in South Sudan would not stop, but would continue to become an endless conflict until it’s reaches into the heartland of the Dinkaland in Warrap and Aweil States in Northern Bahr-el-Ghazel region. The Nuer fighters have the capabilities, the abilities and the spirit de corps to reach anywhere throughout South Sudan by any means necessary. The White Army and the regular forces of the Greater Upper Nile region have the capability and the ability to strike deeper into the heartland of the Tuoch Dinka whenever, wherever and anywhere by any means necessary. The genocide or democide and atrocities committed in mid-December 2013 in Juba Genocide and elsewhere would be avenged, forgiven, but could not be forgotten until the end of the planet-Earth. I have no fear or regret to make such statements in the face of anyone in the world even if I had to be indicted or charged for an ‘incitement’ and/or flown to the ICC or to any other international tribunal at the end of the day. I would have nothing to fear or to regret. Leaders should not fear for anything except fear itself. Many African leaders and nationalists in Africa like the Serb leaders and nationalists in Serbia have passed through the ICC and they walked out as freed men as they walked in bondage. Personally, I do not recognize the ICC as a legally binding and motivated court, but as a politically motivated court against the African leaders and the African nationalists of the like-minds. Nevertheless, I would like to appeal to all African member states in the ICC to withdraw from this racist and wicked establishment. There is no article, clauses or phases in the UN Charter that speaks about the establishment of an International Criminal Court (ICC) apart from the International Court of Justice [ICJ] as the de jure Court in the UN Charter. As I see it, the ICC is Europe’s new Guantanamo Bay for Africans.

Comparatively speaking, both the Guantanamo Bay and the ICC tribunal in The Hague, The Netherlands, both claimed international jurisdiction. They both claimed that they exist in order to punish and to deter the most serious of crimes. Further they have an autistic legal approach which clearly states that there is no alternative to what they are doing. What is really that they are doing? We would be anxious to know the context of what they are doing in order to create trust and confidence building measures in both the ICC and the Guantanamo Bay. We would be legally, constitutionally and under the auspices of international law, treaties and protocols to challenge in all earnest what the ICC and the Guantanamo Bay both really claimed what is that they are doing. We could not agree more with its most avid supporters that have admitted that the Rome Statute establishing the ICC was itself serious flawed. Of course, there real fault lines and as we all know as legally trained and social scientists- good law evolves over decades: the ICC Statute was pretty much rushed through in just four weeks, by Western non-governmental organizations, not lawyers, but take-it or leave it basis superimposed by the NGOs. The politico-legal reasoning and reasonableness of the ICC states “The Court is an independent judicial institution” in accordance with the NGOs. Nevertheless, the truth is that the ICC is independent as the UNSC or its EU counterpart’s funders to let it be. Apart from being an independent, impartial, international court, the ICC is inextricably to the UNSC. Article 13 (b) and 16 of the ICC’s own Statute grant special “rights”, to refer or to defer and ICC investigation or prosecution as the UNSC, or more specifically the five permanent members of the UNSC.

For the super-cowardice and super-cold blooded leaders that have been super-fearful of the ICC, it would really be superhuman foolishness that they should seek leadership for the sake of power, money and control that they could neither manage nor taking threats and the heat. In principle, leadership requires super-responsibility and sacrifices on behalf of the people being governed by the leaders. Therefore, for anyone to be indicted and to be taken to the ICC or to another international tribunal on behalf of the people could become an honor in itself and a true super-leadership responsibility, responsible leadership transparency and accountability. A good and super-leader must and ought to suffer for the cause and for the sake of his people and the community or the country or vice versa. This happens throughout all the communities and countries throughout the planet-Earth. For instance, President Slobodan Milosevic of Serbia, Saddam Hussein of Iraq and Raffik Hariri of Lebanon undertook the risks and died as great leaders of Serbian, Iraqi and Lebanese people alike. President Nelson Mandela of South Africa spent 27 years behind bars on anti-Apartheid policies and emerged from the jail to become the first native South African President of all South Africans and M.K. Gandhi of India through passive résistance, defeated more than 400 years of British imperialism and colonialism in the Indian Subcontinent. In the United States of America, the Civil Rights leader the Rt. Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr., in his 1963 I have “A Dream Speech” at Lincoln Memorial in Washington, DC, neutralized racism and racialism, segregation and social discrimination in the USA forever. Although there exists the vestiges of the past racism and racialism and xenophobia against the African-Americans, Hispanics and African émigrés based on their skinned color or pigmentation, many great achievements have been struck by the Civil Rights Movement that changed race relations in the United States of America for all Americans.

Realistically, it would be only those who have the guts and gusto to seek leadership portfolio to undertake superhuman responsibility vs. superhuman foolishness when it comes to zero-hour. As far as I am concerned, Dr. Machar has surrendered the cause of the Nuer and Shilluk to the Dinka morons, renegades, hooligans and feeble minded in Juba. He has been simplified, underrated and perceived like a man begging for peace because he looks a conscious objector because he desires peace that he cannot do or achieve alone without the inputs of the best and the brightest or la crème de la crème and as a result, he has been misunderstood and interpreted as a weaker by his opponents, unfortunately. He must talk to his opponents on peace process through strength, but not in weakness. He could not apply the policy of ‘Appeasement’ rapprochement with an idiot and an ignoramus like Salva Kiir compared to the UK PM Neville Chamberlin did with Adolf Hitler at the Munich Conference in 1939. Therefore, we would urge and appeal to Dr. Riek Machar to decline going on to Juba because given the acute political circumstances in the country, he should revert and recant his decision to do so by rejoining those that remain as anti-peace ‘Appeasement’ rapprochement cadres that should be re-organized, re-militarized, re-trained and re-circuited for the war against Salva Kiir until he’s defeated, disseminated and demised in Juba. We would like to make it loud and clear that there would be no forgiveness for anyone that has committed the crime of genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity. We would be determined to win this war and no matter how long it takes, how many lives we lost, and no matter what the costs maybe in terms of humankind, money and materiel, we shall at the end win this war. The Dinka power elite should know and understand that our forefathers have not been historically defeated by the Dinka. When they [Dinka] weaker and horded as slaves by Zubeir Pasha, including the Rizigatt and the Mesiriyya nomads in the 18^th through the 19^th centuries, it was always their Nuer cousins that gave them [Dinka] protection.

Surely, we would not allow this act to occur in the 21^st century. The Dinka power elite should know and underscore that the Nuer forefathers engaged the British in a 30-year Anglo-Nuer War or Al-Sura’a al-Nuer (the Nuer Revolution) in the contemporary Sudanese history, the Nuer fought in the Madhya and in the White Flag Revolution in 1924 against the British colonialism and imperialism that the Nuer nation and its resilient people never ever surrendered to the British suzerainty. They [Nuer] shall not and will not surrender either to the Dinka power elite illicit desire for domination and exploitation of the Nuer and other nationalities in South with the negative and unfulfilled dream of building a dynasty and shastistanism. Of course, the few days of success by the Touch Dinka Militias against the unarmed and helpless Nuer in the first days of the ongoing tribal warfare or as if a civil war was duly to premeditated and pr-emptive attacks that the Nuer fighters completely overcame and recovered from such pre-emptive attacks in mid-December 2013 Juba Genocide and beyond. The international community, Sub-Saharan Africa and the Arab Islamic world should know that we have been forced into this unwarranted and undeclared quagmire by the Dinka power elite because of their love for power, money and control as well as the denial of democratic process in the scheduled Presidential and Parliamentary general elections in 2015. In the same vein, the [Nuer] shall not and will not surrender to the cannibals-uncouth, uncultured, remorseful less, and uncultured and savages Jieng (slaves) in South Sudan led by Ugandans and their allies or by any Dinka leader in the present and the future. They would have to be taught a lesson that they would never ever forget to aggress the Nuer Community and the dream of attempting to annex non-Dinka lands, natural resources to the Dinka minority groups through illegal, unconstitutional, unprecedented and undemocratic means. Any Nuer power elite who would support this illegitimate and unconstitutional Decree because of money and portfolios that come and go like the winds by an illegitimate and crazy mad President, may the curse (Biet) of the Great Nuer Prophets Nyundeng, Dieu, Gar-Gar, Nguol Diet and other Nuer Prophets be upon them forever and they know that by doing so, they would be ostracized or ex-communicated from the Nuer Community forever. This is the bottom line. We urge and appeal to all South Sudanese people and the people’s representatives in Parliament in Juba to boycott passing this illegal Decree by an illegitimate President to create twenty-eight (28) states without the consent and free will of the people and to expropriate their lands, natural resources the Dinka minority groups in the Greater Upper Nile region.

Most importantly, peace can only be achieved through strength, but not in weakness and could not be begged from anyone at all. Succinctly, Dr. Riek Machar’s has proven beyond a reasonable doubt, that he has been weaker and failed the leadership of the SPLA-I-O and has been manipulated, deceived and maneuvered by Taban and Madam Angelina Machar that have no experience in international geopolitical and geo-strategic politics, negatively and naively assumed that the pursuit of peace would protect or prevent Dr. Riek Machar’s not to be indicted by the ICC or to be by any other international tribunal to be set up in the future and the presence for South Sudan. In fact, both Dr. Riek Machar and Salva Kiir should all resign from public life because neither Dr. Riek Machar nor Salva Kiir could reunite an already disintegrated and divided state through de facto means. Naturally, South Sudan has become like the Mediterranean Sea Island nation of Cyprus that was divided into the Greco-Cypriots on the South side of the Island nation of Cyprus in 1974 and the Turkish-Cypriots on the North side of the Island nation of Cyprus; Somaliland (Punt land) in Hargeisa on the Coast of Aden; Abkhazia and South Ostia, which broke away from the Republic of Georgia in 2008; the re-annexation of Crimea to the Russian Federation through a referendum in 2014 since it was reannexed to Ukraine in 1954 by Nikita Khrushchev, including the case of the Christian Enclave of Nagorno-Karabakh as well as other troublesome areas around the global scale. This could surely happen and no matter how many years it takes; it’s bound to happen in South Sudan. As long as Salva remains in power, South Sudan could become an international ‘hot spot’ compared to Afghanistan in Central Asia, Syria, Iraq, Yemen in the Arabian Peninsula or the Middle East and Somalia in the Horn of Africa and beyond other troubled international ‘ hot spots’ around the global scale.

The IGAD and TRIOKA brokered peace in Addis-Ababa and Juba respectively has created serious snakes and tensions growing ‘dangerous’ in South Sudan on both sides of the warring camps. These tensions are growing pretty ‘dangerous’ and would neither promote peace nor any ‘détente’ (the reduction of tensions) in this war-ravaged and/or war-torn failed Africa’s youngest state facing with grave insecurity and moving from stateless to statelessness. First and foremost of all there is no viable and vibrant state and as a result, the future and the present looks pretty gloomy, bleak and un-prosperous dark cloud hovering over South Sudan. The war continues to rage in different dimensions in this failed Africa’s youngest state that is faced with daily deteriorating insecurity and moving from stateless to statelessness. There is no hanky-panky about it, but, of course, it’s a real political reality. In Dr. Machar’s camp these divisions have become already imperatively obviously loud and clear and irreconcilable. The Non-SPLA rebel forces that were in opposition prior to the internal split within the SPLM ruling party in mid-December 2013 and the White Army that allied with Dr. Machar should be considered have no role or part to play in this failed peace, withdrawn from the alliance and have opted or resorted to the intensification of the armed struggle against Salva Kiir and Paul Malong Awan regime in Juba. There would be no retreat on this demand. They have been virtually deliberately and willfully non-representative, non-participants to have their say and they have been grossly marginalized by Dr. Riek Machar and Taban Deng Gai to have representatives and participants to have their say in the failed IGAD sponsored peace process in the Ethiopian Capital of Addis-Ababa.

These factions were joined by the defected generals and their forces that also walked out of their internal delusions and squabbles with Dr. Machar and his-brother-in-Law Taban Deng Gai, including Madam Angelina Machar that have got a pretty blind political ambition to become the self-superimposed heir or replacement of Dr. Machar in case of death, impairment and senility. This would not become imperatively impractical, if not impossible, to attain mature real political reality and no matter how much they try, they would not make it because many communities and the Nuer Community in particular, do not like them to become their political leaders. Most importantly, there are well educated and visionary Nuer leaders that are on the back benchers that have been overshadowed and ignored for years in which anyone of them could become the appropriate replacement of Dr. Machar just in case of death, impairment, senility or resignation to go the court for trial on crimes and offenses that both Dr. Machar and Salva Kiir have committed against the innocent people in South Sudan. Certainly, they know this political reality, but they have been pushing on for this ingénues impossible political dream. As far we do know Taban’s ambition is no political leadership, but how to make money and this has been one of is savvy raison d’être ambitions to isolate the best and the brightest or la crème de la crème in and around Dr. Machar. He has been responsible for the demise of the 1997 Khartoum Peace Agreement (KPA), disintegration and disengagement of forces and the re-defection of Dr. Machar to the SPLM/A under the terms of the so-called Nairobi Declaration on 7 January 2002 and the ongoing mess and confusion in Unity State during his tenure as the appointed Governor of the State by Salva Kiir. Realistically, Taban Deng Gai was Salva Kiir’’s henchman that was hired to murder Dr. Riek Machar and later on having realized that he has failed to accomplished the mission assigned him to assassinate Dr. Machar, he turned around one hundred-Eighty degrees to become Dr. Machar’s alley in the aftermath realization that he had failed e rejected or eliminated by Salva Kiir and his henchmen, protégés and sycophants and was materialist or what Karl Marx the grand inquisitor termed as the ‘Dialectic Materialism’ during his tenure of the governorship of Unity State.

Most importantly, the raw that occurred between the defected generals that have successfully fought the war against the Uganda Dictator Yuri Museveni and the Dinka dictator Salva Kiir, he (Taban) has been responsible by controlling Dr. Machar’s mind set, threatens to resign if the generals could be dismissed or removed as he strategized and fearful that if there could be any peace deal with Juba, he could be booted out because he has not been highly qualified and the least experienced and the most corrupt individual ever lived in the 21^st century on the planet-Earth and in South Sudan in particular. He often did things straight once he knows that he has got some interests and to perceive that no one around would disrupt his dangerous and selfish money-making plans. Nevertheless, Taban Deng is the most hated individual person by the entire Unity State Community because of his wrong doings during his tumultuous tenure as the appointed State Governor of Unity State, how he looted the state money, set up maladroit administration, adjudication of social justice, human rights abuses and has been fearful of the presence of General Peter Gatdet as the most able commander of Sudan Armed Forces (SAF) produced for South Sudan and merely dreaming to get the most lucrative ministry to loot it for himself and his family. We have no doubt that pretty soon Dr. Machar would realize that he has been betrayed by Taban Deng Gai and would have lost the trust that has been bestowed upon him for so many years by the gallant Nuer nation and its resilient people.

THE ROOT CAUSES OF THE WAR

The root causes of the ongoing demagogic tribal warfare or as if a civil war with no light in the tunnel or endless in South Sudan has been well established. It all began as an internal party split within the ruling SPLM ruling party in mid-December 2013. Many questions could be probed or deduced like these: who were the instigators of the alleged coup d’état against the Dinka dictator Salva Kiir? Who were the generals behind the scene in support of the alleged coup d’état staged by Dr. Riek Machar against Salva Kiir? Was there any shredded evidence or material witnesses to indicate that there was really a planned coup d’état? What roles did the unarmed and helpless Nuer ethnicity civilians’ population played in the internal party split and the unprecedented alleged coup d’état attempts against Salva Kiir by the former VP Dr. Machar? Were they targeting Dr. Riek Machar because of his being of the Nuer ethnicity? Was it as hidden agenda by the Dink of Bahr-el-Ghazel to avenge against the unarmed and helpless Nuer ethnicity or nationality recalling Colonel William Abdulla Chuol Deng massacred of the Dinka cadres in Zeraf Gezira Fangak in 1984 that targeted the Nuer for genocide and extermination as a “final solution” in whole or in part? Without the shadow of a doubt, what was done in Juba be continuous avenged as a long term conflict between the Nuer-Dinka ethnicities in
South Sudan for generations in the future and the present.

It was political ploy that could not have caused the war, ethnic cleansing, genocide or democide or targeted unarmed and helpless Nuer ethnicity for extermination as a “final solution” in whole or in part. The squabble was solely between the former VP and the Deputy Chairman of the SPLM Dr. Riek Machar vying to run for the President in the scheduled general elections in 2015 in which the Dinka dictator refused him to do so. It was alleged that there was a coup d’état staged by the former VP against Salva Kiir, but there was no shredded evidence to proof it beyond a reasonable doubt that there was a coup d’état and it was a hoax strategized by Salva Kiir and his cronies, protégés and sycophants abated by the Uganda Dictator Yuri Museveni to assassinate the fourteen (14) senior SPLM party leaders, including the former VP that was already a private citizen and did call for calm when he was illegally, maliciously and unconstitutionally removed from the Office of the Vice President by Salva Kiir. Salva Kiir’s did not want anybody to become his revival in the 2015 elections because of fear of the unknown and specifically realized that he could not democratically compete with Dr. Riek Machar and that he could be hosted democratically by his form VP.

THE PROBED QUESTIONS

The politico-legal questions that we would be obliged to probe to the general public and the international community would be like this: what was the specific primary reason of killings unarmed and helpless Nuer ethnicity that had no involvement at all, in the SPLM party politics? What crimes or offenses have they committed that should warrant to be targeted them for genocide or democide as indelible group or targeted them for extermination as a “final solution” in whole or in part? The premature death of so many hundreds of thousands of unarmed and helpless civilians’ population- mainly- of the Nuer ethnicity perpetrated against them by the Tuoch Militias under the direct commands of President Salva Kiir, the General Chief of Staff Command, the notorious killer General Paul Malong Awan and other identifiable generals of the Dinka tribesmen, could have been averted and the war itself could not have occurred at all costs. They were really stupid and feeble minded to have turned the muzzle of the guns against their own citizens who had neither political role played in the internal party politics that went soured.

This war has not been about the removal of Dr. Machar’s from the portfolio of the VP, but it was (and still is) about a strategized and an organized calculation of extermination of the Nuer ethnicity or nationality as a “final solution” in whole or in part. In addition, it was based on an old grudges against the Nuer nation and its resilient people by the Bahr-el-Ghazel Dinka. Firstly, it would be recalled that in 1984 the late Colonel William Abdullah Chuol Deng massacred, killed and murdered many Bahr el-Ghazel Dinka cadres that trekked through the Nuerland to the Nuer- Ethiopia in southwestern part of Ethiopia and met their fate as an avenged of the death of the late Colonel Samuel Tut murdered by the late John Garang de Mabior abated by the former Marxist-Leninist Dreg regime in Ethiopian. Secondly, the genocide or democide against the unarmed and helpless Nuer ethnicity and targeted them for extermination as a “final solution” was a well-orchestrated and systematic calculated revenged of both the 1984 massacred of the Dinka of Bahr-el-Ghazel cadres in avenged of the murdered of the late flamboyant and charismatic Colonel Samuel Gai Tut, the First President of the Southern Sudan People’s Liberation Movement/Army (SSPLM/A) otherwise known as the Anya-Anya-2 (A-2) in Thijak, southwestern Nuer-Ethiopia in 1984 and the 1991 Bor incident when the Nuer youth occupied the Bor town and its environ counties, massacred and massively displaced the Dinka Bor and looted their property in retaliation of their property looted by the Dinka Bor in avenged of the offenses or crimes, human rights violations and atrocities committed against the Nuer people by the Bor Dinka under the command of the late John Garang. Thirdly, the Dinka power elite went intoxicated with power that the vowed not to let it off goes to the Nuer without a fight and their total rejection and objection of the democratic process that many heterogeneous Dinka tribesmen have been so ignorant and confused about peaceful transfer of power. Their societies have been pure ultraconservative stateless or acepalous dictatorships and authoritarian societies that believe in dictatorship as opposed to the traditional democratic process compared to the Nuer nation and its resilient people advanced traditional democratic and communal processes in South Sudan. Let’s hypothetically assume that Salva Kiir allows Dr. Riek Machar to run as the challenger for the Office of the President, he would have betrayed the diehard followers who would let go alone to wherever he wish to go then and now without having committing genocide, and targeted a specific indelible group for extermination as a final solution in whole or in part. There would have not been any problems to cause and to intent to start the war. The Nuer people has been neither prepared nor ready for war, but was pre-emptive in Juba and should never again be repeated same mistakes again in the peace and development process.

We should have a firm and affirmative conviction to fight the war rather than for portfolios that come and go. We should always be mindful and never again to forget the genocide or democide, the Holocaust and the targeting of the Nuer nationality or ethnicity for extermination as a “final solution” in whole or in part. The policy of extermination has been the entire classical objective of this war such that its does reoccur in the future and the present generations of the Nuer and the Shilluk (the Chollo) people never again. The liberation of the Greater Upper Nile by the all the inhabitants of the Greater Upper Nile region would be an indebted primary purpose for that. We shall and will dedicative our powers and might to achieve the right to self-determination through our blood and sweats compared to what we did in the past for South Sudan to become a state that has become a state that hoisted its national flag amongst the African Union (AU) nation-states and the United Nations system. The achievement was not done by the Dinka alone, but through collective greater sacrifices made by all the people of South Sudan to exercise the right to self-determination and political independence to become a sovereign de jure state with its sovereignty and territorial integrity. There would be ever no return to Juba because our political and political destiny shall and will not be determined in Juba ever, but in the Greater Upper Nile region the land of the plenty that Almighty God endowed with so many unlimited resources for the sole benefit of its resources.

President Salva Kiir has committed a horrific crime against humanity and a historic blunder that shall and will trail his legacy for the Dinka Community throughout generations in South Sudan if that failed state that is really facing daily deteriorating insecurity and moving to stateless to statelessness could ever miraculously remain a united country. Succinctly, South Sudan has already been divided compared to the situation that occurred on the Mediterranean Sea island nation of Cyprus was divided in 1974 when Turkey invaded the North in response to a military coup d’état on the island which was backed by Athens government. In 1974 the island nation of Cyprus was divided effectively ‘partitioned’ with the Northern third (30%) inhabited by the Turkish-Cypriots and the Southern two-thirds (60% plus) inhabited the Greco-Cypriots. In the same vein Somaliland (Punt Land) in Hargiesa on the Coast of the Gulf of Aden in the aftermath of Somalia’s national disintegration in despite of being a homogeneous state as opposed to heterogeneous states like the rest of African nation-states and moved from stateless to statelessness in 1992. In essence, the continuity of a united South Sudan remains bleaks, gloomy, remains a real big political predicament and/or dilemma and/or in a real political limbo or political dilemma.

In the Greater Upper Nile region, who’s its inhabitants have been specifically targeted for genocide and physical extermination as a “final solution” in whole or in part. They have only two options- either they opt for total ‘partitioned’ of the Greater Upper Nile through the armed struggle or the exercise of the right to self-determination from South Sudan because of the dreadful and treacherous experiences that they have passed through to become an independent and sovereign de jure state or we shall remain within a loose federation with the rest of South Sudan similar to Kurdistan-Iraq in Northern Iraq with its political system, president, political parties, army, police, healthcare system. education, legal system and regional government and parliament until its people would decide the exercise of the right to self-determination through an internationally supervised referendum by the United Nations system like in East Timor in the aftermath of the 1999 carnage committed by the Indonesian Armed Forces (IAF) against the people of East Timor and the internationally supervised referendum under the auspices of the United Nations to exercise the right to self-determination in Eritrea in 1993 after 30-year plus of the armed struggle against Ethiopia and then followed by the fiasco cases to exercise the right to self-determination in French speaking Quebec referendums that were held in 1980 and 1995 respectively, in Canada and the referendum in Scotland in 2014 to undergo a ‘political divorce’ with the United Kingdom to become an independent and sovereign state or Kingdom retrospect to the 1763 Union with Great Britain, including the Southern Sudan referendum to split from the mother country-the Republic of Sudan (ROS) in 2011 to become the failed Republic of South Sudan face with daily insecurity and moving from stateless to statelessness.

In Europe and throughout the world many people have been passively vying for the exercise of the right to self-determination compared to the people of the Greater Upper Nile that have been and (are still) struggling for the exercise of the right to self-determination as a universal right endowed and guaranteed by law to “all peoples” under the auspices of the UN Charter, international law, international humanitarian law, and it’s a basic fundamental human right as an inherent God’s given basic fundamental right endowed to all his children to determine their ways of life or political destiny rather than to be controlled and to be determined for them by other peoples. This has been the basis or the principle of the colonized people of the world waged both the armed struggle and the passive résistance for decolonization worldwide. Throughout God’s creation, every human being is a master of his/her political destiny and should become free to do what it wants to do with it without any external interference. This has been basic principle concept of ‘freedom of choice’ and the ‘collective right’ of ‘all peoples’ to have the right to exercise the right to self-determination.

Realistically, there is no human being on this planet-Earth that has the right to determine the political destiny of another human being because this would become un-precedent and unconscionable. This was the absolute purpose and the total rejection or résistance against the Europeanization of the world, Euro-imperialism and Euro-colonialism worldwide, including the longest, the most forgotten and the treacherous armed struggle for one-half of a century or two scores and ten years against the Arabized Muslin North domination and exploitation and the basis of all social renaissances, social revolutions, uprisings similar to the Arab Spring or the Arab Streets demanding a real, dynamic and democratic political change that’s often resisted by dictators like Salva Kiir and Yuri Museveni and the past all dictators of all historical epochs or epics. In times of these epochs and/or epics like these if two people failed to cohabit less under one roof, they must and ought to be separated from each other for physical security of all concerned and the pursuit of Happiness. This analogy applies that no matter what the international community does in achieving peace to return to South Sudan, it would be imperatively impractical, if not impossible, to attain for the Nuer (Naadth ke Nath), the Shilluk (Chollo) and the Murle people could not be forced to co-exist with the cannibals-like, uncouth and uncultured Dinka tribesmen in a united South Sudan. We must and ought to explore new tentative reasonable alternative (TRA) solutions on peace and conflict resolution outside of the framework of a ‘United South Sudan.’ Nevertheless, the ongoing savage and treacherous tribal warfare or as if a civil war have drawn the lines for each nationality or ethnicity to govern itself in its own territory and region without any interference from another group.

Frankly speaking, any principle concept or dream of an inevitable ‘United South Sudan’ at the end of this dreadful and bloody tribal warfare or as if a civil war remains to become imperatively impractical, if not impossible, to attain in contemporaneously and uncompromising pedagogic political theory. Realizing that the state has been already partitioned the state as a de facto state like in the Mediterranean Sea island nation of Cyprus that was partitioned into two-thirds (60% plus) being the Greco-Cypriots on the South side of the Island nation of Cyprus and the Turkish-Cypriots occupied a third (30%) on the Northern side of the Island of Cyprus and there is no middle of the road or a centrist path. In other words, anyone residing on the island nation of Cyprus is either a Greco-Cypriot or a Turkish-Cypriot and there is no centrist path or the middle of the road to become a wholesome ‘Cypriot’ unless being stateless persons under the auspices of the UN Camps and/or the UNHCR for protection on both sides of the island nation of Cyprus. This is how it is really going to happen at the end of the day in the ongoing prevailing acute, dangerous and treacherous tribal warfare or as if a civil war raging in South Sudan. It could continue to do so like it is now during this externally superimposed tribal warfare or as if a civil war period in South Sudan where hundreds of thousands have been forced to take refuge in the United Nation Mission Compounds in South Sudan under auspices of the UNSC resolution 2155 (2014) of May 2014. The Dinka power elite also have not only committed genocide… defined as the gravest and the greatest crimes against humanity or genocide or democide; has deliberately and willfully targeted the Nuer ethnicity or nationality for extermination as a “final solution” in whole or in part.

Genocide is generally considered one of the most moral crimes a government, i.e., any ruling authority, including of a guerilla group, a quasi state, a Soviet, a terrorist organization, or an occupation authority) can commit against its citizens or those it controls. Genocide is foremost an international crime for which individuals, no matter how high in authority, may be indicted, and punished by the international Criminal Court (ICC). According to Article 6 of the ICC Statute, This crimes involves, “any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:

• Killings members of the group;
• Causing serious bodily mental harm of the group;
• Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;
• Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;
• Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.”

The Tuoch Militias and the SPLA Dinka soldiers per orders of President Salva Kiir (Adolf Hitler) of South Sudan and his notorious killer and lunatic General Paul Malong Awan (Hermann Goring) of the Luftwaffe (Nazi Germany Air Force Chief) have committed horrendous atrocities, has forcefully introduced at gunpoint cannibalism- that’s to say, human beings to eat roasted flesh of other human beings, which has been unconscionable, incomprehensible, unthinkable and despicable for any civilized and God fearing human beings could do so agsinst their fellow human beings. President Salva Kiir has introduced cannibalism of the third kind, forced human beings to drink other human blood, ordered the Tuoch Militias and the SPLA Dinka soldiers to rape and sexually abused women and young girls and to burn them alive after their horrific sexual ordeals and harassments encounters, to murder or to kill pregnant women and to silt off their fetuses out in their dead mothers’ cadavers wombs, including sodomy, homosexuality other shameful, inhumane and humiliating acts and other heinous crimes against humanity. It would be recalled that in the 1994 Rwanda Genocide there have been no authentic identifiable documentations that there were evidences to indicate that the Hutu’s renegades dishonored the dead Tutsi’s cadavers compared to what the Dinka have done to the dead Nuer ethnicity cadavers in the mid-December 2013 Juba Genocide. They were heaped like old car and truck tires and cremated them to conceal any physical evidences and to erase any forensic evidences that genocide or democide has been committed and that unarmed and helpless Nuer ethnicity has not been targeted for extermination as a “final solution” in whole or in part. In a nutshell, it was a grand designed ethnic purification, ethnic cleansing and gross systematic mass murder that no man and women with like-minds should ever forget. We should unite and to make a real response. We have the capability and the ability to revenge it. The Nuer leadership on the top has been weaker, Dialectic Materialists and appeasers of Salva Kiir similar to the UK PM Neville Chamberlin Appeasement rapprochement of Adolf Hitler at the Munich Conference in 1939. This could be summed up as the legacy of Dr. Riek Machar and his brother-in-law Taban Deng Gai. There must and ought to be a radical change within the leadership ‘Now’ rather than later. Conclusively, Dr. Machar must and ought to go or leave to enjoy his millions of dollars from the Chinese oil companies in Paloch and in Unity States.

Of course, the Chinese too seek only the interests of the 2 billion Chinese in China rather than the interest of the Nuer and other South Sudanese. They [Chinese] too must and ought to get the hell out before it’s too late in South Sudan. We would like the international community to know, to understand and to underscore that the crimes or offenses that the Dinka have committed against unarmed and helpless Nuer ethnicity in the pre-emptive attacks on 15, 16, 17 and 18 December 2013 were the most atrocious offenses ever committed in all ancient, medieval and modern history of warfare or engagements. The Naadth or Nath (Nuer) -meaning ‘people of the people’ that has been the most feared like the Indian Copra, the African King’s Copra and the African Black Mamba poisonous snakes on the planet-Earth by the Dinka tribesmen for centuries up to this time, should know and underscore that their actions would not go down in history un-avenged because they would reap the same measures that they gave or to be equal or above the same measures that they would receive above and beyond the measures that they gave and that could become the most dangerous payback and the maximum collateral damage ever to be delivered to the Dinka by the ferocious fighting Nuers and the Nuer White Army (NWA).

Actually, the Dinka militias in the aftermath of being sobered from their intoxicated killings and massacres, every Dinka now is pretty much worried about what the Nuer would do next and that could become the most dangerous response that the world would have to be confronted with or to be faced with now and in the years ahead. We should not kid ourselves that the Nuer-Dinka conflict could become resolvable, but it could become prolonging for generations and/or centuries. The Nuer has been aggressed and would have a every right to fight back with all its military might and South Sudan, per se, could become Africa’s killing fields more than it has been now or to become like Chaka’s land of the 19^th century Southern Africa or Cambodia killing fields under Pol Pot Khmer Rouge in 1975-1980. The Nuer nation has already overcome this ‘dark spot’ or a ‘tiny dent’ with bald courage and grace, but the Dinka power elite, the Touch Militias otherwise known as Mathiang Aynor and all others, including the Dinka SPLA soldiers are not out of the woods yet. They all know and understand that they would face this politico-military reality whether there is peace or no peace, the Nuer nation and its resilient people will avenge the Dinka aggression, genocide, ethnic cleansing, state purification and all the humiliations committed against our women, wives, girls, young boys being castrated and many others as if the Nuer men and women were (are) weaker compared to the Dinka men and women. We shall avenge this aggression and there would be no powers on the planet-Earth, except God Almighty to tell the Nuer nation and its resilient people to exercise restraint or not avenge or to pay evil with evil, to pay evil with good. We will forgive, but we cannot forget.

Having committed such atrocious and outrageous crimes or offenses against humanity, how could we classify the Dinka people? Are they really humans and what kind of humans are they? We think that they [Dinka] are cannibalized human beings or ‘Lieet’ (weird wolves) in Nuer language sociopolitical, logical, analytical, methodological and philosophical thinking and neo-thinking as remorseful less, uncouth, and uncultured and savages of the third kind. They [Dinka] have committed also genocide or democide or targeted the Shilluk (Chollo), the Murle and the Equatorians ethnicities or nationalities with the great grand blind political ambition of creating pan-Dinkaism of creating a Greater Dinka nation to include all heterogeneous Dinka tribesmen into one Greater Dinka nation in South Sudan an idea similar to the dream of Somalis for the establishment of a Greater Somalia and the “Aeschylus”– that was the annexation of Austria into Germany to create pan-Germanism of creating a Greater Germany to include all ethnic Germans into one Greater Germany perpetrated by Adolf Hitler’s that united all the Germanic tribes into one Greater Germany.

The illegitimate and the illiterate President Salva Kiir’s unilaterally decided by enacting an illegal and unconstitutional Presidential Decree to create new states in violation of the recently brokered Peace Agreement signed in both the Ethiopian Capital of Addis-Ababa on 17 August 2015 by Dr. Riek Machar and in South Sudan Capital of Juba on 27 August 2015 by the illegitimate and unconstitutional President of South Sudan Salva Kiir respectively, to annex non-Dinka folks lands and natural resources by giving such lands and natural resources to the Dinka minority population throughout the Upper Nile region. Succinctly, this would tantamount to a Declaration of the longest, treacherous and bittersweet war ever fought on South Sudan soil and that the Dinka minority groups in Upper Nile region could certainly pay a hefty price should they accept such illegitimate and unconstitutional Presidential Decree. This is going to be Salva Kiir’s and the Dinka minority groups Pearl Harbor, the Gulf of Tonkin and the Blitzkrieg in South Sudan. It could possibly lead to the Dinka groups’ demise and it could diminish or curtail their presence in Greater Upper Nile forever. If this was, in fact, the main raison d’être dream, purpose, deliberate and willful intent of Salva Kiir’s to create a new “Dinka Aeschylus”- to create a Grater Dinka dynasty for all heterogeneous ethnic Dinka- similar to the Nazi Germany plans to create a Greater Germany for all ethnic Germans by grasping other people’s lands and natural resources in Greater Upper Nile region and annexing them to the Dinka minority groups to create economically unviable and non-vibrant Dinka ‘mini-states’ for the fulfillment of the prophetic dream of creating Greater Dinka nation similar to ‘Aeschylus’ in Nazi Germany during the WWII (1939-1945) as well as the dream and purpose of creating a Greater Somalia at post-political independence of Somalia in 1960 from the UK, Italy and France as a UN Trusteeship and Non-self Governing Territory retrospect to the end of the WWII (1939-1945). Surely, it’s a preconceived weaker, ‘dangerous’ and futile prophetic dream that could neither takeoff now or in the foreseeable future. The Dinka minority groups in the Greater Upper Nile region should wake up because they should anticipate more and more bitter wars, ethnic conflicts and the longest days and years ahead for them unless they rescind this chaotic, futile and non-attainable prophetic dream of a Greater Dinka nation in South Sudan. Personally, I am not anti-Dinka folks as a people or a race that would be against God’s will, anti-human rights and a hate crime because both the Nuer-Dinka have been cousins compared to the Anglo-Americans by blood and through intermarriages for generations. We must admit though that historically, they fought each other and never experienced these savage acts committed by Mathiang Anyor and the SPLA soldiers against the innocent, unarmed and helpless Nuer ethnicity in mid-December 2013 and beyond. Let us assume hypothetically that the offenses or crimes committed by the Dinka against the Nuer ethnicity were to be committed against the Dinka ethnicity by the Nuer, they would have been annihilated and/or dispersed to East Africa and North Sudan. However, it does not mean that whatsoever offenses and assaults the Dinka ethnicity has committed against the Nuer ethnicity would not be avenged, but they would surely be avenged; no matter what happens, they would be avenged twice, thrice or four times as much so. We shall avenge these atrocities at a pre-emptive and a pre-determined timetable suitable to the Nuer fighters. Every Dinka person should know that they have not seen anything and that they are not also out of the woods yet. This is the bottom line.

Nevertheless, I do neither support nor subscribe to their haughtiness, domination, exploitation and the negative sophisticated attitudes that they do so often exhibited to the people of South Sudan and their historically inculcated fears and anti-Nuer sentiments. Conclusively, no matter what the Dinka power elite systematic attempt of the Dinka led GOSS authorities in Juba to kill all Nuer and every Nuer no matter where found-to destroy Nuers as an indelible group in their ignoramus perpetrated policy attempt that targeted the Nuer nation and its resilient people for extermination as a “final solution” in whole or in part. The Nuer would survive and would surely conquer the Dinka as they have done so historically. There would be no Nuer males or females to surrender or to beg for peace and mercy from a Dinka never and forever and that would happen over our dead bodies. If the Dinka strong fighters, they could not have hired the Ugandans and its affiliated mercenaries from Rwanda, Burundi, Kenya, Tanzania, Somalia; Zimbabweans and Egyptians, including Sudanese rebels without a cause (JEM, SRF and SPLA-N) to be fighting for them since the inception of this ongoing treacherous tribal warfare or as if a civil war in the mid-December 2013 and still goes on with no end in sight. We urge and appeal to all Nuer and Shilluk youth to have the right to bear arms against the Dinka until it is defeated, disseminated and annihilated or to reduce them to zero-sum militarily and politically. The Dinka would surrender like the Germans to the Allies power in both wars-WWI in the Forest of Compiegne in France in November 1918 and at the end of the WWII in Berlin in May 1945.

Specifically, the Dinka power elite have become a failed the establishment or the state, uncouth, uncultured, uncivilized, racists and racialists and xenophobia, the Dinka Community (DC) has been already reckoned that it has been an isolated entity in as far as South Sudanese people are concerned. Given, the Dinka arrogance, stubbornness, haughtiness, negative pride with negative sophistication for nothing, but nothingism, there would neither be South Sudanese that would want or desire nor to live harmoniously with the Dinka as remorseful less, despicable and weir wolves-like humankind. They[Dinka] should by now if they had fully developed brains like other humankind to assume that they would become isolated by the Nuer people, including other nationalities that has been identified as an indelible group, They could become labeled as the ‘bad guys’ in the bloc or in the hood and in the eyes of the beholders. Their uncouth, uncivilized, faceless and humorlessness has virtually turned off their Nuer cousins with an advanced traditional democracy, traditional federalism or confederalism, association or leagues with all their universal values; embracing social equality; egalitarianism; communalism; compassion; unity in diversity and cultural diversity or multiculturalism with these ideals and their true universal values incorporated into the Nuer nation have already exposed the Dinka Community to the maximum its hidden agenda amongst all communities throughout South Sudan. Historically, South Sudanese were ignorant about who are the Dinka folks. This hidden historical, sociological and anthropological hidden truth had been and was not revealed until Abel Alier’s assumed the leadership in the then Southern Sudan in the aftermath of the 1972 Addis-Ababa Accord, that made that hidden myth to be demythologized. This was the time that the true ultraconservative Dinka nationalism was discovered by asserting that: “They [Dinka] were born to rule and not to be ruled” and that: “They [the Dinka] were the ‘Chosen people’ by whom and for what, that is still a myth to be demythologized. Without the shadow of a doubt, Alier’s maladroit administration, adjudication of social injustice, corruption, entrenched ethnocentrism (tribalism) and the negative sophisticated Dinka supremacy for nothing became visible in the SPLM/A designed destructive vs. constructive leadership structure from Dr. John Garang that was passed on to and exemplified by the illiterate and empty headed, killer, murderer, moron and feeble minded Dinka dictator Salva Kiir in Juba.

Assuredly, the Dinka supremacy has been put under micro-macroscopically studies in South Sudan by all the people of this Africa’s youngest failed state to expose the hidden ultraconservative nationalist agenda that remains under threats and could pass through shifting state paradigm and could sooner demise like the former Soviet Union preempted by Perestroika (restructuring and glasnost (openness) era in the late 1990s to early 2000s and beyond in the former Soviet Union. The Dinka as an indelible group should reckon that its legacy of leadership would be constantly, abrasively and aggressively monitored and challenged as recorded for posterity as the worst institution ever existed in the contemporary political history of South Sudan that has been de facto partitioned failed state compared to the Mediterranean Sea island nation of Cyprus and Somaliland (Punt Land) with its Capital in Hargriesa on the Coast of Aden that has existed as a de facto state for the past 20-year plus retrospect to the national disintegration of Somalia in the aftermath of the overthrown from power of Somalia’s strongman Major-General Mohamed Barre in Mogadishu in 1992, economically viable and vibrant compared to the Federal Republic of Somalia (FRS) trails it. It [Somaliland] could become sooner rather than recognized as a sovereign state and its territorial integrity as a de jure state to become a member state of the African Union and the UN system. The aforementioned analysis could become the political, historical and legal reality in the years ahead in South Sudan.

Cognizant, that the Nuer [Naadth/Nath [people of the people] and the Shilluk (Chollo) Kingdom would not yield to become acquiescence or to recognize such an endemic ethnocentric (tribal) preconceived imperial and colonial tendencies or the idea of or the concept of in the de-colonized the 21^st century world and the right to self-determination guaranteed to ‘all peoples’ under the UN Charter and the international law, international humanitarian law and human rights…etc., the Dinka ultraconservative extreme nationalism, political supremacy, including its illegitimate and useless President Kiir’s legacy that would sooner rather than later demise and gone with the wind. Actually, Salva Kiir’s legacy has been already terminated and dungs a big deep and wide grave yard for heterogeneous Dinka communities in Greater Upper Nile region and they should not blame anybody except the delusional and deranged child and woman killer and murderer President Salva Kiir in contemporary politico-history in South Sudan. They [Dinka] community], per se, would be in the end and isolated, disenfranchised entity, denied the right to Citizenship, land utilization policy rights, the right to work and access to educational facilities because of President Salva Kiir’s wrong and unfortunate political decision-makings that have been often dictated like driving under the influenced of DUI of Alcohol (koang) in the civilized industrialized countries and prohibited by law and the continuous pressure points from the so-called Dinka Community Elders (DCE), with its imperative impractical, if not impossible, negative assertions to attain the so-called Dinka supremacy and that the land exclusively as a whole belongs to the heterogeneous Dinka Community thing that no one understands. In a nutshell, it’s already failed sociological conception that would neither takeoff now or in the foreseeable future.

The preceded political ambition and prophetic theory has become true when President Kiir prematurely, illegally and unconstitutionally announced the creation of twenty-eight (28) states instead that already existing ten (10) states. In order to qualify my statement about the so-called new Dinka minority states, constitutionally that should become an affair that belongs to the legislative branch of the government as the only lawmaking body rather than the executive branch of the government that has been entrusted or charged of overseeing the day-to-day affairs of the government. He [Kiir] deliberately and willfully partitioned the Chollo Kingdom into two and annexing most of its two-thirds of it land mass to the Padang Dinka minority population that could not based on the 2010 Sudan Population Census could not constitute a Payam or a County and let alone to become a mini-state within and at the periphery of the traditional Shilluk (Chollo) Kingdom that has been considered as “Guests Workers” or economic migrants in Greater Upper Nile region. He further wanted to annexed all the richest oilfields and the gas fields in the Nuerland in Unity State, Jongeli and Upper Nile States to create new mini-states for the Dinka minority in Pariang and Abimnoun Counties have been already acculturated or assimilated by the Nuer for generation in Unity State and some of the Garwaar and the Lou Nuerland to the Dinka minority groups in Jonglei State to create the so-called Bor State that could become a dream rather than a political reality. Based on the same preceded 2010 Census, these aforementioned areas do not constitute states and let alone Payams and/or Counties. In my ongoing research about the root causes of this ongoing endless tribal warfare or as if a civil war, we shall reveal population statistical figures of all the disputed areas above-mentioned areas to ensure whether or not they really deserved to become states, Payams and/or Counties of sort within the existing states in the Greater Upper Nile region. Whether the Dinka Bor likes it or not, they should start migrating to Lakes State before it’s too late. We urge and appeal to the Lou Nuer (Gaatdinay) and Garwaar Nuer (Gaatdewaraar) that they should be aware that this is now the time to move in and to re-occupy Bor has their ancestral land as they did in 1928-1932 because this land has been the ancestral historical and the original land of the above-mentioned. Historically, the Bor Dinka (Tuoch) migrated from Lakes and Warrap States; they are not the original inhabitants of the land.

Hitherto, the advocates of the so-called Bor State like Dr. Lual Deng Acuek and Makuei Lueth (Makuei kac lora) would have to think twice on any idea of an emerging Bor State because there would be no Bor State in the Greater Jonglei State and there would be no new flag flying in the state buildings apart from the original flag. This is the bottom line. It would be the majority to decide any emergent of a State rather than by an illegitimate Presidential Decree in Juba. Based on the 2010 5th Population Sudan Census, the above-mentioned counties have been inhabited by the Nuer majority and the Dinka minority groups could neither constitute new Payams, new Counties or new states. Should South Sudan Parliament as the legislative branch of the government approves this arbitrary Presidential Decree by the executive branch of the government without the blessing of the Supreme Court or the High Court, it could become futile, illegal and unconstitutional and could further escalate tensions rather than détente (the reduction of tensions) or the de-escalation of the ongoing tribal warfare or as if a civil war throughout South Sudan. The President does not have the constitutional powers to unilaterally create states because they could be done only through the act of Parliament as the sole legitimate lawmaking body with the blessing of the Supreme Court or the High Court to declare such an act constitutional or unconstitutional or via a statewide referendum.

THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE IGAD BROKERED PEACE PROCESS

Like I have said so in the past, there would be no peace to return to South Sudan as long as Salva Kiir remains as the illegitimate head of state and government in Africa’s youngest failed state that daily faces the deteriorating insecurity and moving from stateless to statelessness. Historically, it’s so easy to sign any peace agreements, but the implementation of such peace agreements compared to the IGAD brokered peace agreement in South Sudan have been difficult and hazardous to implement. The PLO-Israelis agreements were ceremoniously signed in Oslo, Norway and the Camp David Accord in Maryland, USA, failed because they were unimplemented. As I can see it from where I sit, the recently signed peace in South Sudan has failed because it has not been comprehensive and inclusive and in order for the peace to be implemented in South Sudan there are certain pre-requisites that must and ought to be met by the IGAD and the TRIOKA (the US, the UK and Norway) as follows:- (1) Salva Kiir should step or resign by popular demand without any delays for the sake of national unity before it too late to be partitioned compared to the Mediterranean island nation of Cyprus in 1974 when Turkey invaded the northern third (30%) of the Cyprus in support of the Turkish-Cypriots against a military coup d’état on the island nation backed the Athens government; (2) Salva Kiir should rescind without any preconditions or quid pro-quos as sin-qua-non to peace the premature creation of the so-called new states by awarding other people’s lands and the resources therein to the Dinka minority groups in Greater Upper Nile region.

In as far as the people are concerned; it’s a pretty bad omen for the heterogeneous or culturally diverse Dinka minority groups in the Greater Upper Nile region. This act has been illegal, unconstitutional and tantamount to declaration of war against Juba and the Dinka minority in Greater Upper Nile region; (3) the minority groups should voluntarily begin to exit the Greater Upper Nile moving out to Bahr-el-Ghazel or saint elsewhere; that they forgo the so-called new states on the Nuer and Shilluk lands and resources. The creation of any states on these lands, could become a real political suicide and the Dinka minority groups would surely suffer the gravest and the greatest consequences; and that there would be no individual persons to blame at the end of the day except Salva Kiir who would one way or another abdicates the throne by any means necessary; (4) the unconditional withdrawal of all foreign forces without any preconditions or quid-pro-quos as sine-qua-non to peace involved in the war mostly from the IGAD countries under the umbrella of the UPDF as well as Sudan “rebels without a probable causes” to fight for in South Sudan against the SPLA-I-O and its non-SPLA allied forces;(4) De-escalation of tensions or détente by the GOSS to accept the establishment of a National Transitional Government of National Unity (NTGONU).

Conclusively, the brokered peace by IGAD and TRIOKA has failed before it could takeoff. We should not waste time that there would be peace, but we should be more ready for war. The self-proclaimed SPLA-I-O Dr. Machar in order to safe faith, he has got two choices: (a) to declare to the international community that we shall and will intensifying the tribal war or as if a civil war because Salva Kiir has reneged the peace and/or (b) to declare to the international community his full commitment and intention to the peace process. Ladies and gentlemen hear this: “There would be peace, but you have got to protect yourselves with your spears, fish-hooks, sticks and arrows. In authentic translation in Nuer, “Nyirnidial yien gaaridial: lieng e je e goa, mal a thin; kue le hoo bie rodun gang ke mutni kundial kene bithkundial.”
