Brig. Khamis declared his defection to SPLM/SPLA [IO] in a day-long Press Conference at Safari Park Hotel in Nairobi, where thousands of South Sudanese and friends attended a briefing by SPLM/SPLA[IO] Chairman and his deputy, Lt. Gen. Alfred Lado Gore.
Dr.Machar, Lt.Gen. Alfred Ladu Gore, Dr.Adwok Nyaba, Gen.Taban Deng Gai, SPLM/SPLA elites and religious leaders spoke at the conference on the Arusha Intra-SPLM Agreement that was recently signed in Arusha, Tanzania.
Fully covered by Nyamilepedia, Brig. Khamis has denounced Salva Kiir’s leadership and begs the SPLM/SPLA, under Dr. Riek Machar, to provide him with guns and ammunition to establish a “Salva Kiir must go” operation at Rumbek, South Sudan.
Brig.Gen. Khamis and his son were all arrested in Juba last year, following arguments with Michael Makuie Lueth, the Minister of Information and the Government spokesman.

Nuer youths are going to fight for those who want top positions like those of Machar,Mabior, his Mam and list go on. I think all of them one day will come back and join the same government in Juba. Our people will never ever fight for rebels. We want government in Juba to pay compensations because our people had died for few greediest SPLM politicians in Juba.

He was with NIF government in Khartoum for years,so it is not a blow to the government in Juba. Anybody who joined SPLM-IO of Dr,Riek Machar are always worthless.

Those who know right and justice are leaving the regime of genetic & ancestoric-blood thirsty also zero-minded president Salva Kiir. He was elected for the condition of Independence of South Sudan. If not that ( Independence of South Sudan) he could have not been elected.
