July 19th, 2015(Nyamilepedia) — On behalf of Gawaar Nuer community and SPLM IO, I was called by Gawaar Nuer Community to apologize for an article somebody wrote last week about “Gawaar Nuer Community Advocates For Peace among its citizens” on 12 July 2015 on Sudan Tribune, Nyamilepedia and Paanluel web site. Let me hope Gawaar who are stays in different parts of the world. Uganda, Kenya, Ethiopia, Sudan and the Western World, USA, Canadian etc.
Am asking for your exculpation and therefore, Bible say that and when you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against any: that your father also, who is in heaven may forgive you your tress presses. I cannot make a peace with body that killed your own father, mother, and children in the name phony.
I am writing to apologize for the manner in which I wrote an article last week on 12th July, 2015 on Sudan Tribnne,Nyamilepedia and Paanluel.com. “Gawaar Nuer Community advocate for peace among its citizens. This is an especially terrible thing for me to have done to my community without their acknowledgement what about peace within Gawaar Community.
It was not my intention to make peace with people who killed my own people in the community of Gawaar in the name of President Kiir on 15th, 16th ,17th ,18th 2013 December and up to date. It was poor statement make by me as a Chairman of Gawaar Community in Uganda. I accept full responsibility when Gawaar calls me yesterday at Makerere Institute of Professionals in Uganda at 5: pm up to 11: pm yesterday and I apologize to them for what has happened on social media outlet.
I am sorry for all the hurt I have caused to all of you on social media worldwide and I regret the things I have done to you my community. Am begging forgiveness and I feel so bad right now, cause I tore your world apart, and now all I can think about is how I broke your hearts my community and therefore, am asking forgiveness from the bottom of your heart my community, as a your son.
I know sorry is not enough because I can such a screw up. Nevertheless, for whatever, its worth I wanted to say, that you cross my mind every single day………….. . I feel so sad in my heart of what has happened to our community as a Gawaar around the world. What I really want to say is that am sorry, I know that our people are not happy for what has happened, especially our people who are in frontline in Greater Upper Nile. I remember my later father, Michael Manyang Gatwech Gatchang Lam say to me, be good man, stays with your people.
I have been with this community since 2008 up to now. I have developed a very close relationship with my friends whether young or old within our community. I absolutely take responsibility for my egotistic actions and the terrible pain I have caused you my people and therefore, “but just being sorry is not enough. You deserve better. All I can say is that I truly want things to be okay with me like the ways we are over 19th Months. I want you to feel okay and eventually even happy when you are around me. I want to earn back the wonderful relationship that we had. I hope that in the future, we can find a way to move past this and create happier times together as one family.
In conclusion. Everyone can make mistakes today is I and tomorrow is you my brother or sister. What I need is your respect and trust on me. Let us hope for the best.
