April 6, 2015(Nyamilepedia) — The Leadership and Members of the SPLM/SPLA are seriously alarmed by the recent actions of the State of Qatar towards the people of South Suadn. The SPLM/SPLA is particularly concerned about a loan recently extended to the Administration of President Salva Kiir by the State of Qatar amounting to 500,000 Million USD. It has come to the attention of the SPLM/SPLA that the first remittance of this loan has been received by the Salva Kiir Administration in Juba.

The SPLM/SPLA would like to take this opportunity to counsel the Government of the State of Qatar to seriously reconsider giving financial assistance to the Administration of Salva Kiir. This loan facility will not be used by the Administration for development; it will be used instead, to continue the war of attrition on the people of South Sudan. This is evident from the government’s abandonment of the Addis and Arusha Peace Initiatives, and the President’s recent statements during his latest public rally in Juba.

The best way that the Government of the State of Qatar can extend a hand of friendship to the people of South Sudan is not by financing the war. The best way the Government of the State of Qatar could show solidarity with the people of South Sudan is by using their influence to persuade the Salva Kiir Administration in Juba to return to the negotiating table and engage in honest dialogue.

The SPLM/SPLA remains committed to the Addis Ababa and Arusha initiatives to bring peace to our war torn country, and respectfully urge the Government of the State of Qatar, the region and the world to use all means at their disposal to persuade our partners in peace to return to the negotiating table. The SPLM/SPLA takes this opportunity to renew its call for the release of the AU Report and implementation of targeted sanctions.

The Movement would also wish to take this opportunity to remind members to remain vigilant and not lose hope, we must focus on the Addis and Arusha Processes which will be legally binding and which shall ultimately bring peace to our country.

Mr. Mabior Garang, we know very well that, the mission why you are taking side with former Nasir leader is to find out ways to letting former vice president follow your father and this is why many Dinkas kept quite not to say anything about you. The Nuers are not smarts otherwise, they shouldn’t giving Public relationship. In South Sudan, you can not trust Dinka Bor particular, in Twic of Dinka Bor same thing also you can not trust Shilluk people and plus Agaar in Dinka Bahr el Ghaza these are the facts. Please Continues examining your mission until you find exactly who killed your father.

AGUMUT, why do you hate your legitimate brother so much.? Is it because you are illegitimate and your just a look alike? Typical bustards is full of envy. The death of your father who abandoned you and kept you as a secret left and kept in a void is between your own Jaang elders, Kiir, and M7. If you want to wage a war start there and not your brother and his mother. He is quite a player unlike you who can not put a sentence together.

This loan in particular is rumored by a reliable source that it is to be return to Qatar with a long period of farm land enslavement of South Sudanese toiling in their own land for farm goods to Qatar. Much like what is going on in Kenya. A rope should be tide on Kiir’s neck and all his officials while they labor for the Arab to pay that debt back.

Mabior Garang, you association with Ebola (Riek) of South Sudan for so many years destroy your credibility of being a son late John Garang. Good luck.

Another Boko Haram here. Maybe Qatar has refused to allow them to open their so-called Liaison Office in Qatar in order to beg more money in Gulf States. Bring Administrations near to them and easy to beg.

Juba is falling soon economically just watch! Those money will enter into individual pocket which in turn will be blocked through sanction. South Sudan needs more than those money. A quarter of that money were given to Olony as a bribe to cold down the situation. Another Quarter will be given to M7 to extent UPDF for 6 Month and a quarter of that money will be given to President office for others bribing and the rest will be given to defense for tribal militia mobilization.Still will not change any thing. Don’t worry brother Mabior they will listen when they receive the list of individual sanction.
