August 16, 2015(Nyamilepedia) — The Nuer Community in the United States of America has condemned Salva kiir’s absent from IGAD – PLUS peace talk. The Nuer Community in the USA has disappointed by Salva Kiir for being run away from his responsibility of making the country going back to peace full, but we (Nuer communty ) are not surprised for Salva Kiir’s withdrawal from Peace talk because he’s not committed to end conflict from the beginning of this IGAD led. His believe was to bring peace back or ends the conflict in South Sudan through military power. The decision of not attend peace negotiations table was a complete ignorance to the IGAD – PLUS peace mediator & whole Africa regional bloc. Salva Kir doesn’t believe IGAD has an ability to make him face the consequences for his absent.
The Nuer Community in the United States of America urge IGAD – PLUS peace talk to held Salva Kir responsible for his mystery absent from negotiated peace talk. He is now making the conflict even longer. The IGAD, international Community, the European Union, & the United States should know that Salva Kir has no sense of how much innocence death and the destruction he caused in this country because of his greedy to stay in power with thin mentality in which he wants to rule the country through military power.
The NCDS-USA president Nyanguok Gatloa & the whole community in the USA were outrage by Salva Kir for choosing the military option over peaceful negotiations to end the war . IGAD must excluded Salva Kir from transnational government if it wants to achieve peace to come in South Sudan. In this situation, Nuer Communty would considered all options to deal with Salva Kir, including International Criminal case would be filed against him. Salva Kir has left us Courts no choice but proceeds, as a president of NCDS, I will persuade Salva Kir till I get him pay the price of his criminal action against us (Nuer). Salva Kir had disabled this country of his imagination believe to stay in power by dictatorial rules, he will regret for what he done to the Nuer Community & to the country as a whole.
