October 07, 2015 (Nyamilepedia)—The Upper Nile youths forums had concluded their meeting today in the tens city Pagak, the youths as of today meeting rejected the recently presidential decree , issues on the 2nd Oct, 2015. by Cdr Salva Kiir.
The move was describe as plane to create more massacring and hatred among our tribes, we all know kiir as tribalistic leader who base his personal interest on Dinka well-being and not south Sudanese in general, his unilateral decision has generated many more pass event related to land issues, while the community has been living in harmony since forgetting borders and land dispute plant in them by theirs forefather.
Therefore, our advocacy to all youth in South Sudan, is to rise up in large number to depend an inches of invaded land from any Dinka as per the decree, This decree make threaten to every society life as well as annexing non Dinka land to Dinka.
Example in Fangak county;
- Pom
- Majioknyang
- Dolep Hill
- Kaldaka
- Anakdiar
- Ubell 1-4,
- Wau shilluk, ect with state capital Malakal were annexed to Pinji, Akoka and Baliet county respectively,
Other areas include Adar in longechuk county got annexed to Melute county, he did the same thing in Bentiu too, by taking the largess Oil rich area of Mayom county as part of Abiemnom and Pariang county.
The youths warn this barbaric acts by Cdr Salva kiir and name it as total humiliation to others South Sudanese citizens who live peacefully in the land.
This decree shall with immediate effect be reverse or else will anticipate many internal division and mistrust among ourselves.
The Youth are calling upon International community to pressurize kiir, should he refuse to reverses the decree in admiration of his appended signature toward implementation of the compromise peace agreement.
The youth concluded that any aggressive acts by kiir security agent to extend Dinka occupancy in the land will not be entertained rather than peaceful approach.
