March 13, 2016(Nyamilepedia) —- Gen Gathoth Gatkuoth Hothnyang, the leader of the splinter group of the South Sudan Armed Forces/Freedom Democratic Party has landed in Juba today in full implementation of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) his faction signed with the Government of the Republic of South Sudan in Nairobi, Kenya on December 24, 2015.

Gen Gathoth led 15 member team left Kenya’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport to Juba and received on arrival by South Sudan Presidential Press Secretary Ateny Wek Ateny at Juba International Airport. The SSAF/FDP delegation consists of Gen Gathoth Gatkuoth Hothnyang (team leader), Gen Biel Torkeach Rambang (Member), Gen Gabriel Gatwech Puoch Mar (Member). Hon. Gabriel Yoal Dok (Member), Hon. Mario Dhuor (Member), Mr. Top Nyarew (Member), Mr. Tut Kailech (Member) and plus 8 other unnamed members of the entourage.
Gen. Gathoth says his Movement signed MoU with the Government of South Sudan outside the Peace Agreement signed in Addis Ababa and in Juba in August 2015 to bring about lasting peace, further saying the Addis Ababa IGAD mediated deal is not inclusive.
