August 03, 2016(Nyamilepedia) —— First and foremost, we the nyayan community in South Sudan’s capital, Juba, would like to take this opportunity to wholeheartedly condemn, in the strongest term possibly, the conspiracy of our disgrace son Ambassador E. Lol Gatkuoth and other betrayers. Evidently, Ezekiel lol and his sellout group from our community conspired with a rotten regime of the tribalist President Salva Kiir and his Jieng Council of Elders ( JCE) to assassinate our charismatic leader, Dr. Riek Machar Teny and our sons and daughters who are fighting for the freedom of South Sudan as a whole.
We strongly condemn Ezekiel Lol for this wrongly calculated and premeditated plan so that Lol usurp the leaderships of SPLA/M IO and his community, called the MCDA. Nonethless, Lol will not be taking much of the community to General Taban and his new masters, the JCE who advise Salva Kiir’s failed government. We, the community members, who have been in juba were sadden and mourn helplessly during the four days of fighting in J1 and jebel Kunyjur where our beloved sons lost lost their lives resisting the conspiracy that was planed by none other than Lol Gatkuoth and Taban Deng Gai. The Malual community has lost heroes late Simon Gach, Dhan Duop Deng and Bikeath Tang who died on Sunday night at Jebel Kunyjur because their greedy brothers and uncle Lol Gatkuoth and Taban Deng Gai want to rule by force. May their souls rest in peace but Lol you will never rule this community.
Because of this betrayal, we have, therefore, came up with one decision that Ezekiel Lol Gatkuoth and his group are now dishonored from the nyayan community in juba and beyond. They will no longer be a part of our community anymore. They are not allowed to attend community activities, meetings and fundraising and everything in the interest of our community until further notice.

- Dhan Thiech
- Gach Didoch
The above names are no longer sons of our community because they have betrayed our good image and that of the whole Nuer community by joining our enemies.
