This IGAD proposal is better than the first. I am happy that our neighbors, the IGAD countries are concerting and attempting to put pieces of new nation together. The proposed transitional Unity government is not that bad. What is good on this proposal is not the portfolio each principal has occupied. First, the cease of complete hostilities. Second, the IDPs stranded in various locations go home states. Third, the separate armies existence should refrain one group not to slaughter as it happened in December 15, 2014. Fourth, the foreign armies in the countries should leave.
