July 5th 2019 (Nyamilepedia) – South Sudan’s justice minister. Paulino Manawila, who doubles as the Attorney General, and Kenyan Attorney General have been summoned by the East African Court over the murder of two opposition figures.

Last April, the UN released a report saying it has amazed evidence that suggests that South Sudan’s intelligence chief, General Akol Koor, was responsible for the unlawful extradition of Dong Samuel Luak, a human rights activist, and Aggrey Iddri, a opposition figure, from Kenya and their subsequent killing.
The government later on denied the claim and said it was meant to tarnish its image as it deplored an “international regime change agenda.”
In an order issued on Tuesday, the court based in Arusha summoned South Sudan’s justice minister and Kenyan Attorney General over the issue.
The order says the two have 45 days to show up and present explanation to the matter filled by human rights advocacy lawyers.

The region should act now to avail justice for the bereaved families,otherwise it will show the world that IGAD,EAC and AU are toothless and are behind the bloody regime Juba.

country,s senior politicians would not be sentences to death due to differences in parties and movement, but prison and release during negotiating. the murderers of these South Sudanese politicians must face the ICC articles on killing innocent leaders. they must hold accountable to the lives of these two heroes. let international community take action soon as we are looking for it to response last three month ago
